Derrick Williams only played sporadically during his rookie campaign, but the third round draft pick from 2009 is a talented wide receiver in a system that will likely pass a lot. Williams has been slowly moving his way up the depth chart during the offseason and could end up being on the field a lot more than most expect. In leagues that count kick returns, Williams has much more value, but he could be a fine receiver this year as well. He is not worth a draft pick in most leagues, but Williams is worth keeping an eye on early in the season to see how involved he will be in the offense.
