2012 Outlook: Gamble (high risk)
Last updated on Aug-20-2012 by George BissellBeanie Wells played through a nagging knee injury and enjoyed the most productive season of his career eclipsing 1,000 yards rushing and scoring double-digit touchdowns last season. Wells will have some competition for carries in the Arizona backfield with second year running back Ryan Williams fully healthy, but fantasy owners should still consider Wells a solid number two option this season.

6.07 | FantasySharks.com - I'm a believer, I ain't no deceiver. He had his knee scoped this off season and while it technically was knee surgery it isn't a lot to be worried about heading into the season. Wells had a career year last season on a bum knee, expect his numbers to at least match what he was able to produce last year. Yes the Cardinals do have some competition in the depth chart but I still like Beanie's chances. |

7.12 | FantasySharks.com - Running backs are hard to come by this year so you have to gamble here and there. Beanie Wells is coming off a solid year, had some minor'ish surgery this off-season and has a brand sparkling new rookie to contend with at the position. But somehow, I still like him as a fantasy player. Go figure. |
