2011 Outlook:

Playing mostly out of the slot, Higgins didn't factor heavily in the Raiders' passing attack until late in the season and wasn't overly effective in the return game. He's small, timid and failed to score a touchdown last season. Safe to say his days on the field are numbered. Higgins will have to work to hold off speedburner rookie Jacoby Ford -- heck, he may have trouble just making the team. For now, Higgins gets the benefit of the doubt entering training camp fourth on Oakland's WR depth chart.
