2013 Outlook: Deep-league Only

Last updated on Jul-27-2013 by Daniel Kalles

Since breaking out in 2010 with career highs across the board, 58 catches for 700 yards and 10 touchdowns, he has gone back to the bust he was the first 4 years of his career. His numbers have taken a huge dive the last 2 seasons while Gabbert has been at the helm. Lewis will be rooting for Henne to win the QB job and so should you if you draft Lewis, which at this point in the off season isn't advisable. The pool of useful fantasy TEs has grown the last number of years and you should have no problem finding other ones to draft over Lewis.

15.07 The Huddle - I spent this draft watching tight ends plucked from my grasp; why should Round 15 be any different? Coby Fleener would have been the upside guy, but he just got picked. Instead, I'll settle for Lewis and hope that he can step up his game with Justin Blackmon out and finally deliver on that obscene contract the Jags gave him a couple years back.
