2013 Outlook: Solid/Safe Pick

Williams resuscitated his career last season after his former college coach -- Pete Carroll -- decided to roll the dice on the overweight, underachieving wideout and bring him to Seattle. Though Williams fought through injuries for much of his first season, he quickly became the Seahawks' most trusted receiving target. He doesn't beat defenses with speed, but his size, strength and superb hands make him virtually uncoverable. He should only get better in his second year with the team, although the Sidney Rice signing means he no longer holds the monopoly on pass targets.
