2011 Outlook: Deep-league Only
If Bryant Johnson has been one thing during his seven year NFL career, it is consistent. Every season he has caught between 35 and 49 passes. He has always eclipsed the 400 yard receiving mark and is just an overall decent wide receiver. However, Johnson's worst season was arguably his first in Detroit during the 2009 campaign. And that was when he was the team's second best receiver in terms of yards. With the addition of Nate Burleson and tight end Tony Scheffler, Johnson's streak of 400 yard seasons may come to an end. Yet, Johnson is still a relatively safe fourth or fifth fantasy wide receiver since it is quite likely that the Lions will pass the ball enough for everybody to get plenty of catches.
