2011 Outlook: Over the Hill (decreased production)

In the vast majority of cases, neither NFL nor fantasy owner wants to hear the words "and the backup quarterback is coming into the game". That would certainly cause a widespread panic in Dallas if something happened to Tony Romo, forcing Jon Kitna into the lineup, but that doesn't mean fantasy owners shouldn't be ready to scoop up the veteran if that should happen, Its easy to dismiss Kitna after his years and years of up and down productivity, but he does have a live arm. More importantly, Dallas is stacked with weapons. To be clear, Kitna will not be Romo. But could he get you 65% or more of his fantasy stats and be a top-15 fantasy QB in the right matchup, yes, I think so.
