Jeremy Kerley, WR, Jets

2013 Outlook: Bye Week Fill-inLast updated on Oct-21-2013 by Chris Weeks
Update (10/20): Kerley has been hit or miss this season. One game he's pulling in a touchdown with 90 yards receiving, while the week before he pulled in 2 receptions for 19 yards. If you're in need of a bye week fill-in then Kerley could be useful.
Profile: When Holmes went down and the rookie on the opposite side of the field, Sanchez turned to Kerley for many of his pass attempts. In fact Kerley saw 96 targets last year, which was more than double the previous season. With a healthy Holmes and Hill back on the field and a rookie quarterback under center, we're more likely to see Kerley with 45 targets this year than 96. The only positive we see for Kerley is the loss of Dustin Keller may result in Jeremy seeing some balls which would have gone Keller's way. With so much uncertainty in the Jets' pass game, there's little reason to believe Kerley will have much of a fantasy impact this season.

|16.10||FFToolbox - Jamie Blackburn - Makes me a little nauseous to draft Jets this season, but Kerley had some productive stretches last year, and with Holmes ailing and Hill dropping everything that comes his way, I could see Kerley having some depth PPR value this season. And hey, if not, at some point, I'll need to find players to drop for Waiver Wire additions.|

2013 FFToolbox Expert Mock Draft #3
July 9th, 2013
|16.05||DraftSharks - Kerley caught 27 more passes than any other Jet last season, and they haven't done much to improve that area.|
