1 - HOU: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
Houston takes the best player available and can still find a solid QB in round 2.
2 - CLE: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
*TRADE* Cleveland trades picks #4 and #26. Cleveland trades up to secure its franchise QB.
3 - JAX: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Jacksonville gets lucky Bridgewater falls to them.
4 - MIN: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
*TRADE* Minnesota trades picks #8 and #40. Minnesota happily surrenders it second round pick to leap frog Oakland and land its franchise QB.
5 - OAK: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Oakland dosent reach for Carr but instead takes the best WR in the draft.
6 - ATL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Atlanta fills it biggest need with the best player left.
7 - TB: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
Tampa needs to upgrade its pass rush and Mack is rated slightly higher than Barr.
8 - STL: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
*via Minnesota* St. Louis trades down twice but still fills a need with a stud prospect.
9 - DAL: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
*TRADE* Dallas trades picks #17 and #49. Dallas trades up to grab Barr, the best player left to help improve the below average defense.

Average -- There is no need for Cleveland to trade up and will either end up with Bortles, Manziel, TB, Clowney or a T on the board giving them options galore.
