4/24 milehighmuggle's Mock Draft
1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
They need O-line help. Joeckel is best option for them.
2 - JAX: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
They released their CB, so this, to me, seems like the obvious choice.
3 - OAK: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
They've expressed interest in him and have said that he is a 1st rd talent. The Raiders are just crazy/stupid enough to take him 3rd overall. Afterall, this is the team who has taken 2 different kickers in 2 different drafts with their 1st rd pks.
4 - PHI: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Phillies D didn't do them any favors last season, so look for them to make upgrades through the draft. Sharrif has been moving up the draft boards like wild fire. They'll snag him to fix one of many breaks on their D.
7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Just one of many teams looking at upgrading their O-line, which was horrid last season. The only thing worse may have been their QB play.
8 - BUF: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
They're in need of Offensive weapons for whoever their QB will be.
9 - NYJ: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
This team needs just about everything, but they'll likely start with giving their QB and offense some weapons to help move the chains for once.
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
They'll need to improve their O-line in order for their young QB to have time to produce and develop on the field
11 - SD: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Another team in need of O-line upgrades. Rivers is on the decline in production. He'll need all the time/help he can get.
12 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Miami will likely knab their #1 WR through FA (Wallace?), but they'll grab another weapon to aid in Tannehills production.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Just one more piece to the puzzle in what turned out to be a pretty solid D last season.
17 - PIT: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Harrisons replacement? They'll attempt to do just that. Making an old D all that much younger.
20 - CHI: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
Cutler has been in need of O-line upgrades for a while. Da Bears will hopefully get that here.
22 - STL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
STL will try and upgrade at WR through FA, so they will go TE here to give Bradford more options. They'll go WR in the 2nd or 3rd as well, I believe.
23 - MIN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
With Winfield released they'll be looking for the next man to take over.
26 - GB: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
Woodson's heir apparent is what they'll need here. Their in need of an every down back too, but their D forced Rodgers to play keep up or catch up a lot last season.
28 - DEN: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
At this point the Broncos go with best available. They'll need someone to fill void between Woodyard and Miller, left by Brooking and Mays. I'd like to see them take a DT in 1st though.
29 - NE: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Whether they lose Talib, or not, they'll need someone to take up a spot at this position. They didn't fair too well against the pass in '12, so they'll be looking to upgrade.
31 - SF: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
Just another piece to an already dominating D.

Poor -- Raiders are under new management completely so those points you made are void.
