1 - KC: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Surprise pick already. 1st CB ever taken #1 overall, a part of 3 dominant defenses in the best conference in college football. Should benefit from having Brandon Flowers and Eric Berry in the secondary, and the pass rush improving with Justin Houston and Tambi Halli. Hopefully Dantari Poe emerges as an everydown DT.

2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Workhorse. Can get after the QB as well, something the jags desperately need. It wouldnt surprise me to see Milliner go here, I`ll go ahead and agree with everyone else and admit that my first pick is absolutely wrong and the chiefs will pick Joeckel.

3 - OAK: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
After years of eh draft picks, they need some stability. Just take the best player available. Hopefully for them it will be Milliner, but if its not, they need an anchor on that o-line.

4 - PHI: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Nate Allen is okay in coverage, Kurt Coleman is undersized against the run. So why not take a complete package safety that can help against the run and pass. They could go with Fisher, but with Chip Kelley`s offense, they may be able to get by with who they have and a few later round upgrades on the o-line

5 - DET: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Make that 3 first round picks on that d-line. They need serious help in the secondary and a more consistent running game, but they need to go after another receiver to help that #81 guy they have. I hear he`s pretty good.(Broyles could develop into that spot, he`s got a bright future if he can stay healthy)

6 - CLE: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Could be Demontre Moore, I think Mingo`s stats scare people away, but he could end up being better than Moore. Lets hope Weedon goes straight from rookie to prime like the Browns hoped. WR`s were ok last year, Gordon could be a stud

7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Rule #1- Protect the QB (see David Carr, Kevin Kolb). Rule #2-Don`t reach for a QB that you can`t protect (see JP Losman, Kevin Kolb). They need help at QB, Geno should be good, but they need some blocking. Go after a QB in the 2nd or 3rd to get through the year, or use some of those extra picks to move up and get Geno.

8 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Other than sign the most ridiculous QB contract in NFL history, Fitzpatrick has done little since his breakout games. Spiller is becoming one of the most dangerous weapons in the NFL, (AVG 6 yards a carry with injuries all over the line). The Defense needs to step up, but this should be a playoff team with a decent QB. Geno might get them there within 2-3 years

9 - NYJ: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
They could and probably should go with Jones or Ogletree here, but since when do the Jets listen to me? They could use a threat on the D-Line to help Copples and Wilkerson develop.

10 - TEN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Moore should make an immediate impact rushing the passer. They still need some help at LB, but signing Wilson should help hide the holes at LB a little.

11 - SD: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
They like big WR's, Rivers could use someone to throw to. If they miss the playoffs again, its time to clean house!

12 - MIA: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
They really need some playmakers, especially if Reggie's asking price is too high, or if Lamar Miller doesn't end up being as good as he could be. They could go RB, but they should be able to get a value RB day 2.

13 - TB: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
They need some help on D. LB would help, but it would also help if their highly drafted DE's could stay healthy and effective and sober. Rhodes is a big physical CB that could replace Aqib Talib without the off-field drama.

14 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Hopefully this young man's health issue's aren't a factor. If they are not, look out. This kid could be special. We've seen health issue's hurt a lot of stock, but he might be worth the risk.

15 - NO: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Getting their coach back will be huge. Jordan is a scary good athlete and could be an instant impact if he can pick up the scheme quickly. Look for NO to target OL as well

16 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
STL needs to cash in on these picks to validate passing on RGIII. They got a very good start last year with more than half of their picks contributing in good chunks. They probably won't have Steven Jackson, so they will need to improve in the passing game quickly.

17 - PIT: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
I have a bad feeling he may fall even farther. Hopefully I'm wrong, because Jones is a heck of a player that could be a monster for years to come. Health concerns weigh heavy on struggling teams, so don't be surprised to see a good team take a chance on him.

19 - NYG: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Caughlin should be able to help Ogletree get on the right track. IF the secondary can stay healthy the D should be pretty good with a solid MLB.

20 - CHI: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Kellen David is not the answer. Ertz or Eifert could do wonders to help out Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall. They could go Safety here to help their corners

21 - CIN: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
2 big play threats could be too good to pass up. With Austin running underneath routes, Gresham running the middle routes, and AJ Green going deep Dalton should have a monster year. They still need Safety help, but can get some decent value in later rounds.

22 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Rams could move this pick. But if they dont, they still need some more help up front. Their Defense already has tons of potential, so why not shore up the offense a little.

24 - IND: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Their run game is not great. They could go DT right here, but they have a couple of young D-Lineman that could step up and hold their own this season. Lets hope Indy can develop a run game to help Andrew Luck so he doesn't Dan Marino all over the place and be the best statistical QB ever, but no rings

25 - SEA: Quinton Patton, WR, Louisiana Tech
Patton was a solid college player and could help add some depth to the receiving core.

26 - GB: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
Need a consistent running game, and Lacy is as close to a workhorse as it gets these days. Kind of reminds me of Frank Gore. Could be time for a "discount double check" and discover how to run the ball again.

27 - HOU: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
JJ Watts best friend, another big guy to take some pressure off him. Adding a big time DT in this draft could help Houston's pass and rush D. They could look to add a WR, but they can get some decent contributions from a day 2 or 3 pick from the slot.

28 - DEN: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
They may need to look for a replacement for Ryan Clady. They may not have to look very far for a solid starter.

29 - NE: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
May not be a dire need, but they could certainly use him. Secondary looks better with the move of Devin McCourty to Safety and Talib making plays

30 - ATL: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
May try to move up the board to get one of the other guys, but Montgomery could be a steal. They may also go LB or CB, may try for a RB share carries with Norwood.

31 - SF: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
They need some depth all over the defense, but their secondary got exposed. STL did it during the regular season, Carlos Rogers wasn't nearly as good as last year, Chris Culliver is becoming a solid starter, Terrell Brown is inconsistent. If Elam or Vaccarro falls this far watch them jump on them, they could also go with Cypris from FIU. They could lose Goldson and Whitner was responsible for 3 TD's in the Super Bowl.

Average -- KC won't go with secondary, get Patton and Turner out of the first round (WRs), overall I'd say you aren't too far off, but needs some work.
