There will be trades. However, I'm keeping this under the presumption that the teams remain where they are.
1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
O-line is the strength of this draft.. and while it is still early to tell, Joeckel still looks like the best T. Chiefs will likely trade for a QB, whether it's Smith, Foles or whoever.

2 - JAX: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Floyd is quickly moving up draft boards. With the dominant performance he put forth at the combine, he rockets up the board and the Jags fill one of their many holes.

3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The health issues have proven to not be as severe as originally though. The Raiders need to shore up their defensive line and with Seymour & Kelly both likely on their way out, they need a solid DT. Star is their man.

4 - PHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
It seems like Chip Kelly is prone to stick to Michael Vick with his new contract. Vick's biggest problem? Taking hits and having to scramble. Protect the man by getting him a solid tackle.

5 - DET: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The common pick here is usually Milliner. D-line and corners seem to go hand and hand. in defending the pass. Werner can replace Cliff Avril who seems probably to be on his way out.

6 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
He has potential health issues that could be concern. The upside on Jarvis is far too high to pass up for a team like Cleveland though. Line him up next to D'Qwell and you have a duo of scary linebackers instantly.

7 - ARI: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Yes. I believe Geno Smith will fall to the Cardinals. They recently claimed interest in Barkley, but I believe it may be a smokescreen. I don't see them pulling off a trade for Alex Smith being in the same division as the 49ers, so they'll go with Geno.

8 - BUF: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
McGee is gone. The defensive back position is lacking. They should hope they can keep Byrd on board. Either way - you face Tom Brady twice a year. It can't hurt to have the best CB in this year's draft on your team, now can it?

9 - NYJ: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Rex Ryan tries to rebuild the defense and his first step in that way is to bring in effective pass rusher, Moore. His combine numbers are a little sketchy and has difficulty against elite tackles, but has high upside and can get to the QB.

10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
A lot of people have said this guy could easily be considered the best player in the draft - but when do guards ever go dramatically high? The Titans try to revitalize Chris Johnson by giving him a dominant blocker near the middle of the line.

11 - SD: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Rounding out what has been considered the best position this year (the OL) is the 4th elite lineman. Johnson will be able to protect Rivers as McCoy tries to get the once potent Chargers offense going again.

12 - MIA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
I don't believe he is the best WR in the draft. I don't. But who else remembers when they drafted Ted Ginn because of his speed? Tavon Austin can play. He has high upside and is arguably the most explosive offensive player in the draft this year. But who will throw him the ball? I don't know - but I still seeing this as a very possible pick for the Phins.

13 - TB: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
This was a difficult pick for me to make - as the Bucs are in a weird spot where their needs don't really match up with their draft position at this time. Maybe they reach a little on this, but with an impressive combine performance he is likely to move up a bit. He could be the interior d-line that they need.

14 - CAR: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Steve Smith is aging. Brandon LaFell didn't prove to be the #2 they were hoping. They need a new target for Cam. Patterson is their man.

15 - NO: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
They had one of the worst (or maybe the worst) defenses in the league. They need someone who can instantly make improvements to their run and pass defense. Vaccaro is that man.

16 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Amendola is set to hit the free agent market. They were the only team to give Titus Young a chance and he lasted 10 days. They need a wide receiver. They add Allen to an already young receiver corps.

17 - PIT: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Steelers need to do something about their aging defense. Ogletree is arguably the best middle linebacker in this draft. They start the defensive rebuild with this.

18 - DAL: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
He is very raw. He doesn't have the most refined skillset, but he has the athleticism behind him. He can be a monster if properly groomed.

19 - NYG: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Not necessarily a huge position of need for the Giants, but at the value that Dion Jordan would be at this point - there is no way that the Giants pass him up. He falls down the board and the Giants nag him up. He is one of the top DEs in the draft.

20 - CHI: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Chicago needs another target for Jay Cutler to throw to. Plain and simple, they do. They can't keep throwing to Brandon Marshall all the time. TE is an emerging position and the Bears roll the dice and try to get their start TE.

21 - CIN: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
They need another back other than the law firm. It's plain and simple. They do. RB is a weak class this year - but the Bengals need one and they reach for him.

22 - STL: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
I already have the Rams picking up a WR to fix their needs. Mingo falls down the board and Jeff Fisher can continue to build is slowly and quietly improving defense.

23 - MIN: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
Henderson is not what he used to be and they need another linebacker next to Chad Greenway. Baltimore likely wants this guy, but he doesn't last until them and gets snagged up before hand.

24 - IND: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Help protect Andrew Luck and simutanteously add to what was a very weak running game. They need to build up that o-line and he is the best guy remaining at this point.

25 - SEA: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Seahawks need a pass rusher. Everyone has said it. While Montgomery is not as proven as Moore, he still has the ability to be a dominant pass rusher in the NFL.

26 - GB: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
That Packers oline. It is bad. Really bad. The Packers finally try to do something to help protects Rodgers - oline is a strong position this year and they grab Fluker to try to repair one of their biggest weaknesses.

27 - HOU: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Texans secondary started to get exposed through the second half of the season. They attempt to repair that issue by drafting a corner.

28 - DEN: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
If he falls to the Broncos - the Broncos should be licking their chops. Hankins demands the double team. He can tie up two guys. That will clear the way for Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil.

29 - NE: Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International
The Pats need a WR - but they will get one by other means. Whether it is a trade or drafting late. They have solid scouts. Cyprien is being over looked. He is way down on current draft boards and he is one of the best DBs in the draft.

30 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Ertz falls perfectly into place for the Falcons. Whether or not Gonzalez returns for 1 more year, they will need somebody to replace him. Ertz is the guy.

31 - SF: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
They did it last year and they will do it again this year. They will reach for a WR yet again. Whether or not this will pan out - I don't know. But I see it coming.

32 - BAL: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Harbaugh looked unimpressed at Te'o and his 40 time. However - with Minter & Ogletree gone at this point, they can't pass up on Te'o.

Below Average -- A few things. After the combine there is no way Bjoern Werner and Damontre Moore go ahead of Dion Jordan and Ziggy Ansah.

Poor -- While Fluker would be a good pick Injuries were the Packers OL issues and a marginal LT check your facts

Average -- Just like in your newest draft you dont know personnel, E.J. Henderson did not play with the Vikings last year so of course hes not the same as he once was. His brother Erin did play and only got better so that doesnt work either. Know your personnel

Above Average -- Who cares about the Vikings... hell I didn't know the difference between EJ & Erin either and probably the majority that do are Vikings fans.
