1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Andy Reid is known for his ability to develop quarterbacks, so there is no need to use the first overall pick on a prospect with question marks. Instead they go with Joeckel, who is perhaps the surest thing in the draft. Joeckel is an elite left tackle prospect and if Branden Albert is kept, he would be able to return to his more natural guard position that he played in college.
2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Jaguars defense only registerd 20 sacks last season, dead last in the league. Most players with elite talent don't have a strong work eithic, but Werner reminds me of Jared Allen in the fact that he combines elite level talent with a non stop motor. He will be a nightmare for opposing offensive lineman in the NFL.
3 - OAK: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Richard Seymour is a free agent and Tommy Kelly could be cut because of his large salary, but Lamar Houston will be able to switch back to the interrior after playing out of positon at defensive end. Moore is an elite pass rusher who can bring the heat off the edge that the Raiders have been missing for many years.
4 - PHI: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
They restructured Michael Vick's contract and signed Dennis Dixon so Kelly has two quarterbacks capable of running his system. He now turns to over hauling his front seven to match the new 3-4 defense he is implementing. Jones is a freakish athlete with great get off and will fit perfectly in Philly's new 3-4.
5 - DET: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Some people think this might be high for Ansah, but the Lions' coaching staff coached him at the senior bowl and are said to be enamored with his skill set. A lot of people mock Milliner here, but they have a dire situation at defensive end and no corner, no matter how good they are, can hold up in coverage without a pass rush up front.
6 - CLE: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Browns are going to a 3-4 defense and they will look to add pass rushers that ft. Jordan is 6'7' with long arms and great speed. He will need to add some weight to be an every down player, but he can contribute right away as a situational pass rusher much like Aldon Smith did his rookie year.
7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
No quarterback can survive behind the offensive line they currently have. Fisher excels in pass blocking and will help Bruce Arian implement his vertical passing attack.
8 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Buddy Nix vowed to deliver a franchise quaterback, and here is his guy. There are questions marks surrounding Smith, but his strong arm and athletic ability give him lots of promise.
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets have to get better at sacking the quarterback. Mingo has perhaps the fastest first step of any pass rusher in the draft. With this guy Rex won't have to design crazy plays in order to manufacture pressure, Mingo can get to the quarterback off of pure talent.
10 - TEN: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Floyd has been flying up draft boards and I believe when the evaluation process is finished most teams will have him rated ahead of Lotulelei. Floyd is the best interrior pass rusher in the draft and will be able to wreck havoc in the middle.
11 - SD: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
If Philip Rivers is ever going to return to form he will need his offensive line to be rebuilt. Johnson is big and strong enough to punish in run blocking but also athletic enough to hold up in pass protection.
12 - MIA: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
At this point in time it is almost a given that Greg Jennings will sign with the Dolphins. Jake Long probably won't be back, but Jamie Martin filled in nicely for him at left tackle so they're good there. Randy Starks is a free agent and may not be back. Lotulelei is getting comparisions to Haloti Ngata and his strength will make the Dolphins defense very stout up the middle.
13 - TB: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
This is a dream scenario for the Bucs. After almost setting an NFL record for most passing yards allowed in a season, the best corner in the draft falls to them. Milliner is best suited to play press man to man which fits perfectly into what the Bucs like to do on defense.
14 - CAR: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
A lot of people believe they will take a defensive tackle here, but safety is also a need. The defensive tackle class is much deeper than the safety class, so they grab the bes safety in round one and can get an effective interrior lineman in round 2. Vaccaro is a ball hawking center fielder which is what you need when playing the vertical passing offenses of the Bucs, Saints and Falcons twice a year.
15 - NO: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Rob Ryan brings his 3-4 defense to town, and without a true nose tackle on the roster, they turn to the mountain of a man from Georgia. Jenkins played the nose at Georgia and knows how to eat space and occupy blockers.
16 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Time to get Sam Bradford some help. Allen is comparable to Anquan Boldin but with more speed, he has almost everything you look for in a receiver.
17 - PIT: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
Casey Hampton has spent the last decade anchoring the steel curtain, but he is done and on his way out. Williams is brought in to fill the all important nose tackle position. Williams played the position in college under Nick Saban, so his transition to the NFL should be a smooth one.
18 - DAL: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Richardson is an active, penetrating defensive tackle that would make a good three technique tackle in the Tampa 2 defense that Monte Kiffin is bringing to town.
19 - NYG: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
When you watch Ogletree play, you almost think he is a safety, he flows to the ball that fast. He is also the most versatile defender in the draft and will give the Giants a badly needed playmaker at the second level of the defense.
20 - CHI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
It is very possible that Warmack is long gone by this pick as a number of teams higher up could take him. If he falls here, there will be a party in the Bears' front office. Warmack is simply the best guard prospect since Larry Allen.
21 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Te'o isn't the greatest athlete but he is very instinctual and provides great leadership. Would be an upgrade over Mauluga.
22 - STL: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Fluker is the prototypical road grading right tackle but his long arms will also help him hold up in pass protection.
23 - MIN: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
It looks like Percy Harvin might not be back, but even if he does come back, another playmaker on the outside is needed to take some pressure off of Adrian Peterson and help in the development of Christian Ponder. Patterson reminds me of Vincent jackson, big bodied receiver that can get deep downfield very quickly.
24 - IND: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
After spending their first three picks on offense last year, it is time to strengthen the defense. Banks is a big physical corner that would form a solid tandem with Vontae Davis.
25 - SEA: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Pete Carroll has made it known that he wants to add a pass rusher. Montgomery would make a nice bookend duo with Bruce Irvin.
26 - GB: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
The Packers need a running game to compliment their passing game. Bernard is the most complete running back in the draft and his receiving ablity and pass protection prowess will allow him to thrive in the spread passing attack that the Packers employ.
27 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
They need somebody to take the pressure off of Andre Johnson, who for the first time last season showed signs of slowing down. Austin is an electric playmaker that is being compared to Desean Jackson.
28 - DEN: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Hankins isn't much of a pass rusher but with Elvis Dumervil and Von Miller on the outside he doesn't have to be. He will be able to help in run defense and tie up blockers on passing downs.
29 - NE: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Everyone saw how bad their pass defense looked when Aqib Talib left the AFC Championship game with an injury. I doubt Talib will be brought back next year, so they need to infuse fresh talent in the position. Rhodes is another big physical corner that can hold his own one on one.
30 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
I'm hearing that Tony Gonzalez might wind up coming back, but even if he does, they need to start thinking about a replacement. Eifert has the same build and physical abilities as Jimmy Graham and would give the Falcons a vertical threat down the seam. Very scary when you combine that with Roddy White and Julio Jones.
31 - SF: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
Elam is a big hitter in the backfield that plays very similar to Dashon Goldson. They would probably get similar production from Elam for a much lesser price than resigning Goldson.
32 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
There is no replacing Ray Lewis, but the fact remains that they now have a hold at inside linebacker. Minter brings a tough, physical style of play that will fit perfectly with the rest of the Ravens defense.

Poor -- Brandon Albert has already said he will not move to guard.KC biggest need is QB, we have to draft need over value!
