Author's Comments

This draft only takes into account what has happened so far. So don't yell at me. PS: I'm a Vikings fan.

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
One of the best players this year, this pick is very close to locked-in
2 - JAX: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
THe Jaguars are really sick of Blaine Gabbert. They also do not want to give up another year so they can get Teddy Bridgewater.
3 - OAK: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Floyd is a volatile pass-rusher and is a good piece for a rebuilding team.
4 - TEN: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Ten gives Phi a 2nd, 6th, and 7th to move up. Tennessee jumps ahead of Detroit to grab the best corner in the class
5 - DET: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Stafford needs to stat upright if Detroit wants to win any games.
6 - MIA: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
TRADE! Mia gives Cle its 2nd and 4th to move up 6 spots. The Dolphins jump ahead of the Cards to get the last elite tackle.
7 - ARI: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
This guy is the answer to Russel Wilson and Colin Kaepernick.
8 - BUF: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Yes, the Bills need a QB. But they are not pigeonholed into taking one here. Patterson gives them the big play threat across from Stevie Johnson they so desperately need.
9 - NYJ: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Jets have Antwan Barnes and Garrett McIntyre starting next year. Yikes.
10 - PHI: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Kelly likes his defense big, and it doesnt get much bigger than Lotulelei
11 - SD: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Chargers miss out on Johnson, but land a big corner to replace Quentin Jammer
12 - CLE: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Cleveland gets picks and the best interior lineman in the class
13 - TB: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
The Buccaneers corner situation was bed before they lost EJ Biggers. If Revis isnt traded here, Trufant needs to be the pick.
14 - CAR: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Panthers defensive tackle situation has been awful for two years now. Richardson is a supreme talent
15 - NO: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Jarvis Jones will fall, but it should stop here.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
This would make St. Louis's defense borderline elite.
17 - PIT: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Steelers really need another guy to rush the passer. Jason Worilds will not be able to replace James Harrison.
18 - DAL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
If Cooper is here, this should be a no-brainer. But Jerry Jones is dumb, so this could easily be someone else.
19 - NYG: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
It seems that The Giants always have more Defensive ends than they need. Thats wahy they win Superbowls.
20 - CHI: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Ogletree is a bit of a character risk, but with Peppers, Briggs, and Tillman, he should be just fine in Chicago.
21 - CIN: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
The Bengals are weighing whether or not to resign Andre Smith. This would eliminate that decision.
22 - STL: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Rams add an X-factor to their offense.
23 - MIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
There is a large hole in the middle of the Vikings defense. He has distanced himself from the hoax and his bad game was against a guy going 11 picks ahead of him.
24 - IND: Cornellius Carradine, DE, Florida State
The Colts needed pass rush before Freeney was cut. Erik Walden should never be allowed to play.
25 - MIN: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Hunter us the perfect reciever for the Vikings to pair with Greg Jennings.
26 - GB: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
If you watched the playoffs, GB needs size and speed on defense. Jones brings both.
27 - HOU: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
The Texans get a young reciever to pair with and eventually replace Andre Johnson.
28 - DEN: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Broncos lack an interior presence. Williams would add to the already sky-high Broncos sack total.
29 - NE: Keenan Allen, WR, California
New England has Michael Jenkins starting. That cannot be allowed to happen.
30 - ATL: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Falcons got their pass rush with Osi, and now can replace Brent Grimes.
31 - SF: Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International
Whitner is bad. Goldson is gone. What more do you need to know?
32 - BAL: Menelik Watson, OT, Florida State
The champs take a raw tackle that can eventually take over the blindside.

Excellent -- Love this draft. Good work, you do your homework. Though I don't think GB will pick a WR in the first round. Just not TT's style.

Below Average -- No way the Chiefs take a QB #1 when they can get just as good of a value in the 2nd round and How does Tampa not take Rhodes? 2nd best CB in the draft

Poor -- Rams run a 4-3 defense and already have a good MLB in Animal Jr..Why draft an ILB at #22?

-- Commenter above me: Te'o could also play at Sam position. Rams need an upgrade there because Rocky McIntosh was horrible.

Excellent -- Chiefs do take a Geno in the first round BECAUSE this is a weak QB draft and Smith is the only one graded to be worth pick in first round.

Average -- Not against CLE trade or taking G but prob get a 2nd, do see Geno to BUF but have to trade up, don't see TB takin Brown over Ogle n Teo. return the favor n rate mine http://www.fftoolbox.com/nfl_draft/user_mock_drafts.cfm?mock_id=32392

Below Average -- Houston would not trade up to get a Austin because he doesn'tfit there scheme and wouldn't be an every snap player. They need a big physical deep threat with excellent blocking, which they can get in the second round. Trading down is a better option HT

Average -- the teams that trade up are questionable
