I know my explanations aren't great but who cares.

1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
As it stands, Matt Cassel isn't the guy for the Chiefs and while Joeckel might be a safer pick, I think they take a chance on a franchise QB.
2 - JAX: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
There's talk of the team building around Blaine Gabbert and if that's the case then you cant go wrong with a stud LT to protect him.
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Lotulelei might be the most physically gifted talent in this draft. This would be a logical, safe pick for a team who hasn't drafted well lately.
4 - PHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Any defensive player would look good here, but if Chip Kelly wants to run his offense with any success then he needs a quality tackle to shore up his O-line.
5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
This pick makes too much sense. Milliner is a top-flight corner and the Lions need better players in the secondary.
6 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns switch to a 3-4 means they need a rush linebacker and who better than Jones to spark a mediocre pass rush.
7 - ARI: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
The Cards will be thinking QB here, but Floyd is a rising star and is too disruptive to miss out on.
8 - BUF: Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
All signs point to the Bills drafting a potential franchise QB and they just might do it. Glennon might be a reach here, but he has arm talent and would be a fresh face in Buffalo.
9 - NYJ: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Jets get lucky that Werner, the best rush end, falls to them and they'd be happy to get a disruptive pass rusher they badly need.
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Titans have needs on defense, but Munchak is an O-line guy and Warmack will be a day 1 force blocking for CJ.
11 - SD: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Any defensive pick or O-line choice would make sense here, but I think a young stud wideout would go a long way in helping Phillip Rivers bounce back.
12 - MIA: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Dolphins probably wanted Patterson, but with Richardson falling to 12 I don't think they can pass up.
13 - TB: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Bucs need corner help, but Mingo could be a dominant force and stern coach Schiano could get him in the right direction.
14 - CAR: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
He has some work ethic concerns, but he fills a need and the Panthers tend to get the best of their D-linemen.
15 - NO: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Rob Ryan will need better rush linebackers in his new unit. Jordan has the size and quickness to be an effective 3-4 rush OLB.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Jeff Fisher wants to upgrade the FS position and Vaccaro is the best in the draft and would add to a young and upcoming secondary.
17 - PIT: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Steelers have concerns at linebacker with age and free agency looming. Ogletree woud bring youth and leadership to Pittsburgh.
18 - DAL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The Cowboys biggest issue seems to be the interior O-line. Cooper is the run-opening guard the Boys need to improve their 31st ranked ground game.
19 - NYG: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Giants continue their D-line trend. Some believe Moore is a top 10 talent and would be a steal for the Giants pass rush that fell flat last year.
20 - CHI: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Johnson is a towering LT prospect who Jay Cutler would be begging to have after last season.
21 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Te'o has character concerns that made him fall in stock, but I think the Bengals will focus more on his ball-hawking abilities.
22 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams haven't hit on many receivers, but Allen is a big, physical guy you want to become your go to guy.
23 - MIN: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
With a Percy Harvin trade inevitable, the Vikings will need a speedy guy to fill that void in the offense.
24 - IND: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
Jones is a smart and versatile linemen who would fit anywhere on the Colt's talent-starved O-line.
25 - SEA: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Seahawks could use some O-linemen, but the pass rush could be better and with Ansah seems like a good fit.
26 - GB: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
The Pack could use a tackle, but there's not much at 26. TE Finely is out the door most likely so his replacement could be Ertz.
27 - HOU: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Texans need new faces in the secondary after giving up too many big plays. Banks has the size and speed of a potential shut-down next to Joseph.
28 - DEN: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
The Broncos haven't had a dominant player in the middle of the D-line for a while. Short can plug the run lanes and open things up for Miller and Dummervil.
29 - NE: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Pats might need 2 new receivers this offseason. Hunter is a big guy who can be a dangerous deep threat with Brady throwing the ball.
30 - ATL: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
The Falcons will need a big power runner once they move on from Turner.
31 - SF: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
By adding a massive NT like Jenkins in the mix, the 49ers will undoubtedly have the best front 7 in football.
32 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
With Ray Lewis retired, the Ravens lack that presence on defense. Minter may not be the leader that Lewis was, but he has tremendous skills and is a natural.
