I can only see four teams (AZ, Buf, KC, Oak) drafting a QB in the first round this year, all of these teams have a top 8 pick and there really isn't a QB in this draft that warrants that kind of pick. I think they either trade down into the teens or trade up into one of the late picks to draft their QB.

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
They let Albert go in free agency and pick up their LT for the next 10+ years.
2 - JAX: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Need a pass rusher and they get their pick of the litter.
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Great player to help stop the run. Richard Seymour is a free agent and will leave to go to a contender and Tommy Kelly isn't anything special. Lotulelei is exactly the type of player Oakland needs.
4 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
They let Rodgers-Cromartie leave via free agency and pick up a better replacement in Milliner.
5 - DET: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
They need someone on the outside of their d-line to take pressure off those stud DT's. The Lions secondary could sure use some help, but Jordan would make this d-line terrifying.
6 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
They just converted to a 3-4 defense and need that stud OLB to go with it. Jones could become the most feared pass rusher in the AFC North.
7 - ARI: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
O-line is actually looking better now with Levi Brown coming back from injury and Nate Potter and Bobby Massie progressed as the season went on. This defense can become something special with Mingo chasing down QB's. Alec Ogletree would also be an interesting pick and plug him into the lineup next to Washington at MLB.
8 - BUF: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
They need to inject some youth and speed into this LB corps. Ogletree can flat out fly!
9 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Dallas trades their first third and fifth round picks to the Jets so they can pick Warmack to instantly upgrade their interior o-line, so they can create some running room for the explosive DeMarco Murray.
10 - TEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Titans need more youth and more pass rushing ability on their d-line. I could see them take Warmack at this spot as well.
11 - SD: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
They need help on the O-line in order for Philip Rivers to become the QB he was a few years ago and drafting this franchise LT will give Rivers the time he needs to get the ball downfield to his monstrous receivers.
12 - MIA: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Miami needs more playmakers on Defense. I could see them going WR here but I think they solve that problem in free agency. The safety position has been a problem for Miami for a long time.
13 - TB: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
They need to get to the QB to take pressure off their secondary which got torched last season. If they don't want Ansah I could see them trading down to get a slot WR like Tavon Austin or taking a CB like Xavier Rhodes.
14 - CAR: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Arguably their biggest need is at DT and the best player on the board is a DT so this is an easy pick for them.
15 - NO: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
This offense will become unstoppable with Patterson teaming up with Brees and company. This Tennessee WR will make them completely forget about that Robert Meachem pick a few years ago.
16 - STL: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Team Richardson up with Brockers, Long, and Quinn and you got yourself studs all across the d-line. Vaccaro would be a great pick if he were to fall to them.
17 - PIT: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Larry Foote is a free agent and James Harrison may be a cap casualty. Te'o will start from day 1 and will be the perfect compliment to Lawrence Timmons.
18 - NYJ: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Jets trade down with Dallas and pick up extra picks. Starting Allen opposite Stephen Hill with Santonio Holmes in the slot sounds like a promising trio of wideouts for Mark Sanchez or whoever else will be starting under center this upcoming season.
19 - NYG: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Their O-line is getting very old very fast. They need to keep Eli upright if they want to get back to the Super Bowl. They also need to create some holes for the running game and allow David WIlson to use that game breaking speed.
20 - CHI: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
They need an OT in the first round, you can't let Cutler get knocked around year after year after year. Fluker will at the minimum shore up the RT spot for a long time.
21 - CIN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Michael Johnson may leave in free agency and you can never have too many d-lineman.
22 - STL: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Brandon Gibson and Danny Amendola are free agents and Chris Givens has shown flashes of becoming a capable starting WR while Brian Quick can't get off the bench. Titus Young was recently signed and then cut just days later. The need is great and Hunter has as much upside as any WR in this draft.
23 - MIN: Blidi Wreh-Wilson, CB, Connecticut
This secondary needs more help, they play against Aaron Rodgers, Jay Cutler, and Matt Stafford two times a year each. Antoine Winfield isn't getting any younger either.
24 - IND: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
They need to protect their investment in Andrew luck at all costs. This pick will help solidify the offensive tackle position for the Colts for a long time.
25 - SEA: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
DE and DT are two of the biggest needs this team has heading into free agency and Hankins is the best player available at this point in the draft so this is a home run pick for Seattle.
26 - GB: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
This offense is great without a starting caliber RB playing on the team, throw Lacy into the mix and how do you stop them?
27 - HOU: Robert Woods, WR, USC
You can only start Kevin Walter and Jacoby Jones on the opposite side of Andre Johnson for so many years. I see Woods as the perfect complimentary piece to AJ, this offense needs another guy to help move the chains and Woods will do just that.
28 - DEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Champ is getting older and they're pretty solid everywhere else. I wanted to give them Tavon Austin so they can plug him into the slot and make this offense scarier if that's even possible.
29 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Patriots trade out of the first round and Kansas City get their QB of the future.
30 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Tony G may be retiring, it's time to draft his replacement.
31 - SF: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
Sopoaga is a free agent and Justin Smith can't keep playing at an All Pro level forever.
32 - BAL: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
Anquan Boldin is getting older and Torrey Smith for the most part is a deep bomb threat, they need a WR that come in and do a little bit of everything.

Average -- I can't see Dion Jordan going ahead of Werner. I think Arizona almost has to go qb or ot.

Excellent -- Ogletree makes sense for the Bills. Don't reach for QB.

Above Average -- Nice draft, like the ogeltree lpick at 8, but Lane Johnson won't be on the board at 24, maybe not even past 11.

Poor -- This is a mess!

Poor -- KC take Joeckel and we also have no QB for 10 years.
