I tried to match skill sets to systems, then consider the teams' needs without knowing too much about pending free agents. If you are a fan of one of these teams and have some insight or argument with my picks, please let me know. Thanks.

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Andy Reid values the O-line
2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
A star to solidify the pass rush.
3 - OAK: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
This team is desperate for a front-7 difference-maker.
4 - PHI: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Chip starts the overhaul with a QB.
5 - DET: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The leader and playmaker the D needs.
6 - CLE: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Some push up the middle will make the Defense great.
7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
A lot of the bad QB play was due to awful protection.
8 - BUF: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
This guy will make the system transition much easier.
9 - NYJ: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
With problems everywhere, the Jets get the best guy out there.
10 - TEN: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Will fit right in to the defensive backfield.
11 - SD: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
A big D-tackle will help settle down the whole defense
12 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Even if they sign Jennings this guy can come in and help right away.
13 - TB: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Maybe this is the next D-Brooks.
14 - CAR: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Gets the running game right back on track.
15 - NO: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The pass D needs playmakers.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Seems like a Fischer sort of player at a need position.
17 - PIT: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Size, intelligence and upside sell the Steelers on a project.
18 - DAL: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Tough pick to project, but the O-line was a mess.
19 - NYG: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Some consistency in the interior is needed.
20 - CHI: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
The Bears can't afford to ignore the line any longer.
21 - CIN: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The perfect compliment underneath.
22 - STL: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
With no value left at Tackle, the Rams try to get a stud for Bradford.
23 - MIN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
A big CB to help against Megatron and B-Marsh.
24 - IND: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Some excitement for the other side of the ball.
25 - SEA: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
A safety valve for Wilson should solidify the passing game.
26 - GB: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
Not a pushover in the middle.
27 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
They've talked for years about taking the pressure off Andre, now they do it.
28 - DEN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
This would make a good front-7 great.
29 - NE: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
His versatility is what makes him a Patriot.
30 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Falcons steal a top pass rusher.
31 - SF: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
His speed will take the top off the Defenses.
32 - BAL: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Would make a great end for the champs.
