Average Rank: 2.5 out of 5 (4 votes) -- Rank This Mock Draft
1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
We've seen Andy Reid led teams go far with average quarterbacks in the past so their will be no need to draft a quarterback. Why not protect him with the best tackle available.

2 - JAX: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Let's face it, the Jaguars are a disaster on offense, but upgrading an already good defense would make the most sense after drafting offense with high picks in previous seasons. Moore is a pass rushing end who could make an immediate impact.

3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
With Richard Seymour and Tommy Kelly getting up in age, Lotulelei sitting at number three could be a blessing for the Raiders. Look for them to draft the defensive tackle with this pick if they choose to improve the run defense.

4 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Milliner seems like the right choice for the Eagles in this spot. They may choose to go offense with the new hiring of coach Chip Kelly, however help is needed in the secondary and the Alabama corner's physicality is what the eagles lacked on the back end of their defense in 2012.

5 - DET: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Lions will need to consider a defensive end with this pick as Cliff Avril may be leaving for free agency. Werner is versatile as a player who can come in and help both in the running game and getting after the quarterback. He is a great fit as a 4-3 end.

6 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Cleveland simply needs a pass rusher to come off the edge and alter the quarterbacks in the AFC north, Jones will be a great pick if he can fall to number six.

7 - ARI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Arizona needs to figure out their quarterback situation, but using their pick at number seven would be too high. Warmack is one of the best guard prospects of the decade and dominated the opposition in both the running and passing game this year. Look for Arizona to pull the trigger on Warmack if the Eagles don't take him at number four.

8 - BUF: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Many experts had Manti T'eo as the first inside linebacker to come off the board, but with everything coming out in the media there is uncertainty as to how high he will go. The Bills would still be getting a great prospect in Alec Ogletree who has great speed and instinct at the linebacker position. His upside is high as he is a great athelete for the position, however he needs to get stronger at the point of attack with blockers as he is under weight for an NFL linebacker.

9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
With Wilkerson and Coples still growing into their positions for Rex Ryan, a versatile guy like Mingo could help these young stars get after the quarterback. Ryan could never have enough pass rushers on his roster and this could permanently make Wilkerson an end rather than playing with both his hand in the ground and standing up.

10 - TEN: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
There are a few defensive tackles that could end up with this pick but the production Hankins showed in his Junior season leading the Buckeyes run defense to go along with his 6'3" 335 lb frame could have Titans fans smiling for many years.

11 - SD: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Fisher has climbed up draft boards as the draft process closes in. San Diego definitely needs help up front and Fisher may be just what Philip Rivers needs to get back to his old ways. They could also use help at the guard position, but the likely hood of Chance Warmack still being available isn't in the Chargers favor. Fisher excels as a pass blocker and has shown improvement in his run blocking skills.

12 - MIA: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Miami simply needs help at the receiver position. Patterson had a huge season for the Volunteers and has the size to be an NFL receiver. He could be a solid playmaker for Ryan Tanehill and would fit well aside Brian Hartline who had a break out season in 2012.

13 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Banks is a lengthy corner with solid speed. He may be a reach at number thirteen, but he would be a good fit for Greg Schiano's young defense.

14 - CAR: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
There were many questions in Carolina's defense last season and having a run stuffer like Jon Jenkins lining up next to star defensive end Charles Johnson would take away one of these weaknesses. Jenkins is 6'4" and a whopping 363 lbs. He should be a force inside for Carolina.

15 - NO: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
New Orleans will be looking for a pass rusher this April. Dion Jordan is 6'7" and loves getting after the quarterback. He needs to improve his skills in the run game and maybe put on a little more weight, but he is just the player they need to come off the edge.

16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Vaccaro may be the only safety worth shooting for in the first round, but this may play to his advantage as the Rams will be looking for an immediate upgrade at the safety position. He displays good size and speed for a safety and is solid in run support.

17 - PIT: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
With Casey Hampton's career winding down, defensive tackle is a need for the Steelers. Williams has a great burst off the ball for being 320 lbs and has had a high overall grade. If he is still available at number seventeen then the black and yellow nation should be very happy.

18 - DAL: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Dallas will be looking to upgrade their line this offseason, Johnson had a great showing at the Senior Bowl and is solid in both pass and run blocking. Dallas may go with Tarheel guard Jonathan Cooper, but it looks as if Jason Garrett wants to go offensive line in this years draft.

19 - NYG: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Montgomery had great productions with 7.0 sacks during his Junior year with the Tigers. It wouldn't shock anyone if the Giants stuck to their formula in drafting another pass rusher for 2013, especially with the expected departure of Osi Umenyiora.

20 - CHI: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Jay Cutler needs a tight end and Eifert is the best available in this draft. He has great size as a run blocker and would flourish with a gun slinger like Cutler. However offensive line is still a concern for the Bears, so don't count out Jonathan Cooper from North Carolina or Alabama's D.J. Fluker.

21 - CIN: Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin
The Bengals need a running back and at Wisconsin Montee Ball lived in the end zone. Eddie Lacey wouldn't be a bad pick either as he could fit as a bruiser between the tackles for Cincinati, however Ball may be a little more durable and versatile.

22 - STL: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Someone had to do it, Te'o has fallen for obvious reasons, however he will only help this defense get even stronger.

23 - MIN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Kevin Williams has dominated offensive lineman for years in Minnesota but it may be time to pass on the torch or even play his final year along side a nose tackle such at Sheldon. He has raised some eye brows late with solid production for the Tigers and only played one full season as a transfer from JC.

24 - IND: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
This is Andrew Luck's team now in Indy, the Colts need to get a franchise tackle who can keep their man clean. He is a beast in both the running and passing games and has tremendous size and strength.

25 - SEA: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Ansah is a versatile player with great size and strength at the defensive end position. He could be a player that has Pete Carroll licking his chops to come into Seattle and make an immediate impact coming off the edge for the already dangerous defense.

26 - GB: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Aaron Rodgers is one of the most sacked quarterbacks year in and year out. Cooper is a solid lineman in each phase at the guard position and would be a huge plus in Green Bay. They need an upgrade in the offensive line at guard or tackle, but at pick number twenty six, he Cooper should be a better value pick than any tackle on the board.

27 - HOU: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Allen has great big play ability and lived in the end zone with 7 touchdowns from a season ago. He had attitude questions in his early college days but has seemed to settle in and mature at Cal. He has solid size at 6'3" 206 and would be a great compliment for Andre Johnson.

28 - DEN: Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers
Denver showed that they may not have many weaknesses, but upgrading the secondary would be a plus in this draft. Logan Ryan has climbed up draft boards as he is very versatile and quick on the back end. He showed his ball skills last season at Rutgers with 4 interceptions. He has been knocked for his strength, but can play a physical style at times.

29 - NE: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Tavon Austin is simply a playmaker. He is undersized but has the skills in the open field that no other player in this draft class possesses. His height shouldn't be a problem as Brady has shown that height isn't an issue for him with Wes Welker. With Welker's contract up he may test free agency as he will want big money. Austin may be the perfect replacement.

30 - ATL: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
The one inconstancy this season on the offensive side of the ball for Atlanta was the success of Michael Turner. After a rough year for Turner, Eddie Lacy could be a bruiser for years to come. Atlanta's style would be perfect for a guy like Lacy.

31 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
Not sure that you can exactly "replace" a guy like Ray Lewis, but Minter will be the best choice as a successor for the legend with Te'o and Ogletree both already off the board. Minter has played in many big games at LSU and has fit in just fine in this physical conference. The Ravens should love his speed and tackling ability with this pick.

32 - SF: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Rhodes is a great prospect who could possibly be replacing Carlos Rogers on the outside. He is physical in man coverage and showed good instincts with 3 interceptions for the Seminoles a season ago. Harbough like having a 3rd corner who can come in at anytime in any situation and Rhodes seems to fit the mold.

Above Average -- KC definitely it's taking a quarter back with the first pick I think the lineman from Texas a and m too. Decent first round selections in this mock draft.
