My thinking behind the Eagles and Chiefs trade was that Chip Kelly will need a young qb that will be able to run his offense. They can't stay at four because there is a possibility that the Jaguars or Raiders would take him, as both of these teams have unstable qb situations. Andy Reid is known for his ability to develop a qb, so I don't think he feels pressure to stay at #1 and take one. This way they get to add more picks and still get the guy they've probably wanted all along.

1 - PHI: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
*TRADE WITH CHIEFS* Chip Kelly needs a qb that can run his system. Michael Vick is old, injury prone, turnover prone and has a $100 million contract. Smith is big, mobile and can get the ball downfield accuartely.
2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Jones is drawing comparions to Von Miller. He is a great pass rusher but versatile enough to be an every down player. New defensive minded head coach Gus Bradley would love a difference maker like Jones on that side of the ball
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Raiders most likely to be without Richard Seymour and Tommy Kelly next year. Lotulelei is a beast against the run and can push the pocket creating opprotunities for the ends.
4 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
*TRADE WITH EAGLES* Chiefs were able to trade down and still get their guy. Joeckel will give them a stud left tackle and if Branden Albert is retained he will be able to move to his natural guard poistion.
5 - DET: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Cliff Avril is a free agent and Kyle Vanden Bosch is old. Moore is an elite pass rusher.
6 - CLE: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Browns need somebody up front who can get pressure on the opposing qb, and Werner has a proven track record of doing just that.
7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Two big needs here, qb and ot. At this point in the draft Fisher is a much better qb than a qb would be, so they solidify their offensive line here.
8 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Buddy Nix vowed to draft a franchise qb and Barkley is the best still on the board. Arm strength is a concern, but he has great accuaracy and leadership qualities.
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets finally get their edge rusher. Mingo is good enough where Ryan will no longer have to create crazy schemes to manufacture pressure. Mingo can get home to the qb.
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Warmack is one of the best guard prospects to come out in a long time. Mike Munchak, a hall of fame guard himself, is loving this pick.
11 - SD: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Tjey would love to get a keft tackle here, bit with Joeckel and Fisher both off the board there isn't one worth taking. Quentin Jammer is a free agent and ori ably won't return. Milliner is a talented man to man corner and you can't have too many of those guys when you play against Peyton Manning twice a year.
12 - MIA: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Ryan Tannehill did a good job without a strong supporting cast, but now it is time to get him some real help. Hunter is the most complete receiver in the draft, size, speed, hands, route running, he has it all.
13 - TB: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The obvious need here is cb, but I think they add one or two in free agency and they have stated they plan on getting a te early in the draft. Eifert is similar to Jimmy Graham but is a better blocker and would give Freeman a big target over the middle.
14 - CAR: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Panthers need to shore up their run defense. Not only would Jenkins do that, but he would keep blockers off of Kuechley.
15 - NO: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Spagnoulo needs athletic pass rushers to make his scheme work, and Ansah is the most athletic defensive lineman in the draft.
16 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
*TRADE WITH RAMS* Bengals trade up above their division rival to get Te'o. Would give them a true leader on defense and a playmaker at the second level.j
17 - PIT: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
Casey Hampton is at the end of his career and the Steelera need a replacement at nose tackle. Williams has the size and strength to tie up blockers, but unlike Hampton, has some speed and athleticism to create some additional havoc.
18 - DAL: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Richardson is an active, penetrating tackle and could potentially be a great three technique in the Tampa 2.
19 - NYG: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The trademark of the Giants under Tom Coughlin as been a great stable of pass rushers. Umenyiora is leaving and Tuck hasn't looked the same, so it is time to replenish that stable. Jordan will have to add some weight to be an everydown player, but he can have an immediate impact as a situational pass rusher.
20 - CHI: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Bears need some serious help on the offensive line and Jones can play all three interrior positions.
21 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Plugging Vaccaro in with Finnegan and Jenkins would give the Rams one of the most talented secondaries in the league.
22 - STL: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Fluker is the best right tackle prosoect in the draft, which just so happens to be an area of need for the Rams.
23 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
It is unclear if Percy Harvin will be back next season but even if he is, they need more playmakers on the outside.
24 - IND: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
Lemonier was a good player on a bad team. Will provide the pass rush that Freeney and Mathis can't at this point in their careers.
25 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Russell Wilson was able to put together a great rookie season with an inconsistant receiving core. Pete Carroll will fall in love with Williams' size and speed.
26 - GB: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Aaron Rodgers needs better pass protection and Cooper excels in that area.
27 - HOU: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
This defense wasn't the same after Brian Cushing tore his ACL. Ogletree will make a formidable duo in the middle of their 34 defense.
28 - DEN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Champ Bailey has clearly lost a step after getting repeatedly torched by Torrey Smith. Banks is a big physical corner that can disrupt routes at the line of scrimmage.
29 - BAL: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
I doubt Ed Reed will be back next year, but Eric Reid has simar skill sets and would be a capable replacement.
30 - SF: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The play of the defense was troubling after Justin Smith got hurt, so depth along the defensive line is obviously needed. Hankins won't provide much pass rush but can be disruptive in the run game.
31 - NE: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Wes Welker is likely to walk in free agency. Austin would be an electric slot receiver in the NFL.
32 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
A replacement for Tony Gonzalez is needed to keep this offense at full strength.

Above Average -- Great mock. However, the KC and Philly trade doesn't make much sense. KC wants a QB, and Philly could use the offensive line help. They are better off not trading. Still, good work!
