3/3 Dominic7's Mock Draft

Author's Comments

Look at my round 1 draft for a better understanding

1 - JAX: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
I am not sure if Jacksonville is ready to get rid of Blane Gabbert, but they could use offensive line help
2 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Their is no way KC fas will allow Matt Cassel to remain the starting QB
3 - PHI: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Philly will most likely have to go with defensive selections for most of this draft, Vaccaro is the best avaliable
4 - DET: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
A guy who won three national titles starting at three different offensive line positions, yeah a Lions team that features Dominic Riola in his walk year and possibly the worst olinemen in the NFL in Stephen Peterman could use him.
5 - CIN: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
How about drafting the best slot reciever in the draft to complement AJ Green, I believe that Andy Dalton would appreciate it.
6 - ARI: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
Arizona drafted their future QB in Geno Smith, now they need someone protect him
7 - CLE: Cody Webster, P, Purdue
Forfeit pick due to supplemental selection of Josh Gordon DON'T LOOK AT THE PLAYER PICKED
8 - TEN: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Tebow-Sanchez experament is over in New York. Time to draft a QB in a good value pick, and not one from USC
9 - TEN: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
In a draft full of talented wide recievers, their is no better time to help out Jake Locker
10 - BUF: Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
Fitzpatrick is not the long term answer at QB
11 - MIA: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
A nice safety blanket for Tannehill
12 - TB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Helping out the secondary
13 - CAR: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Carolina needs to do something to help out Cam Newton and the vanishing running game
14 - SD: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
A replacement for pending free agent NT Aubrayo Franklin
15 - NO: Mitch Ewald, K, Indiana
Forfeited due to bountygate DON'T LOOK AT THE PLAYER PICKED
16 - STL: Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky
Sam Bradford should be extatic if he actually gets these two hogs upfront
17 - DAL: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
A safety to help a young secondary, could create a nice little nucleus with Prince Amukamara
18 - PIT: Jawan Jamison, RB, Rutgers
A little known running back who declared early, does anyone else hear Willie Parker....
19 - NYG: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
NYG could use some defensive help after last years let down season
20 - CHI: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
Williams has the size and strength to become an elite NFL tackle
21 - WAS: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
DeAngilo Hall is way to mental (and expensive) to be counted on for another year without any sort of backup plan
22 - MIN: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
A beast in the middle can really help out a defensive line lead by Jared Allen
23 - CIN: Tony Jefferson, FS, Oklahoma
A safety would also help the Bengals D
24 - MIA: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
After reciving this pick as compensation for trading Vonte Davis to the Colts, the Dolphins could really use this pick for another corner
25 - GB: Stefphon Jefferson, RB, Nevada
After leading the NCAA in rushing, he should be helpful in a poor GB backfield
26 - SEA: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
Seattle could use to upgrade their average wide reciever group
27 - HOU: Stedman Bailey, WR, West Virginia
A speady underneath guy to complement Andre Johnson
28 - DEN: Kiko Alanso, ILB, Oregon
With Ray Lewis gone, their is a huge hole at inside linebacker, that will need to start being filled
29 - BAL: Denard Robinson, WR, Michigan
A new slot guy who will have time to develope and become a much needed underneath threat
30 - SF: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
With the louming possibility of the release of the irrelivant Mario Manningham, another wide reciever would be helpful
31 - NE: Robert Lester, SS, Alabama
Safety help incase Steve Gregory isn't going to be a starter next year
32 - ATL: Joseph Fauria, TE, UCLA
Tony Gonzalez is on his last wheels, and a good recieving tight end will smooth over the transition
