Although I hate putting Barkley so high it seems the Bills Gm is always telling what his draft strategy. Trade Oak swap 1st and get 3rd for 2012 and 2013.

1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
KC knows that Cassell/Quinn are not the answer at QB. Smith is a mobile black QB from the Big East similar to that of his original 1st pick from the Eagles McNabb.
2 - JAX: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
A team can not have 20 sacks in a year and expect to win football games. Moore looks similar to John Abraham when watching his tape he has that great burst of speed that edge rushers need to have.
3 - ARI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Trade Oak. Zona knows no QB no matter who they are will survive with the O Line they have in place. Joeckel is one of the reasons why Johnny football was barely ever touches hes a beast of a LT.
4 - PHI: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
This defense needs some kind of spark since it has been lackluster since JJ left. Jones could play Strong Side LB and DE on nickel and dime looks.
5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions needs secondary help especially since it see's good WR's like Marshall, Nelson, and Harvin. Milliner reminds me of Charles Tillman he is very physical with man to man and a sure tackler.
6 - CLE: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Sheard is a monster on one side and they tried Rucker/Parker combo which never panned out. Werner is strong, physical beast at the line of scrimmage. He pushes offensive line around and plays with violence.
7 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Trade ARI. Oakland was gashed for 200+ yards against Doug Martin they need to improve this underachieving defense plus Tommy Kelly and Richard Seymour will be gone by the next year. Lotulelei possesses all the speed and strength we recently saw when Suh was drafted a couple year back.
8 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Bills Gm Nix lifted his hand as usual saying he wants a franchise QB. While Barkley at this moment is not a franchise QB he is the only one who comes close to fitting that bill since Glennon has fallen.
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Jets Desperately need an pass rusher who can get more than five sacks. They have missed before here with Gholston could Mingo be next?
10 - TEN: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Ansah is moving up the boards pretty quickly with many people considering him to be the next JPP. Titans passed on JPP to get Morgan and it hasn't worked out for them especially when no one on the DLine had double digit sack numbers.
11 - SD: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
McCoy is going to do everything he can do to get this offense going plus Womack is the Best G prospect in the draft he is very physical and has seen Top competition at Bama. They need to give Rivers time to create plus get the running game going with Matthews.
12 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Since Jake Long will probably resign with Miami I will choose the top WR since no team is going to win with Brian Hartline as your number 1 option. Allen has good size with speed and quickness.
13 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Trading Talib was enviable he was just causing too many problems and with Eric Wright as the only decent corner they really need to improve the secondary.
14 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
They didn't grab Cox last year since Kuechley fell to them and when he did they had no other choice. Hankins was a monster in the middle of the line as a run-stuffer and a disruptive pass-rusher.
15 - NO: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Re-signing Jermon Bushrod is going to be too hard for the Saint with their limited cap space. Fisher can play either right or left tackle especially since he added weight making him more balanced for both pass and rush.
16 - STL: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Rams still need help with their run and pass game however besides Laurinaitis the rest of their LB's are bad. Te'o has fallen quite a bit since the National Championship game but he can play ILB or weakside in a 4-3.
17 - PIT: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Even tho Jordan tore his Labrum in his bowl game the Steelers need pass rushers especially with Harrison being 35 and Woodley always hurt and just sponging his new contract.
18 - DAL: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Ratliff is 35 and looks like time is against him and Dallas can save 6.6M if they release him and if Dallas didn't trade up for Claibourne they would have picked Brockers at 14. Richardson has a high motor and could be the Warren Sapp for Monte Kiffen's defense.
19 - NYG: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
With Osi leaving in FA the Giants need to keep their rotation going since it is their bread and butter. Montgomery is a relentless edge player capable of dominating against the run or pass.
20 - CHI: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
With the Bears LBs getting old now and Urlacher a FA and could be gone need to start getting young and fresh. Ogletree can play all three LB positions and can play sideline to sideline.
21 - CIN: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Bengal's tried Clements out at SS but it didn't work out they need that can cover the pass and help with the run.
22 - STL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
hey need to protect Bradford or else he will be the next David Carr. Cooper can play either G position that is big and physical.
23 - MIN: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Percy Harvin might be leaving since he really has no interest in being an Viking anymore. Cordarrelle has good size with speed and quickness while being a raw freak of nature.
24 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Indy needs to start getting bigger up front since the #ChuckStrong can only pull them through so much which showed versus the Ravens.
25 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
Green Bay tried Saturday but they put him on the bench late into the season. Jones is the Jack of all trades O Lineman he can play C/G/OT
26 - SEA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Wilson could always use more weapons to help the Hawks passing attack. Austin plays similar to Percy Harvin/Randall Cobb and can return kickoffs and punts.
27 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Andre Johnson is good but getting old and Daniels is injury prone however they have no other option at WR. Williams played in the Texas area and did well without RG3.
28 - DEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Champ Bailey is getting old and boy did it show against Torrey Smith. Rhodes is a coveted press corner prospect with the length, athleticism and tenacity to thrive as a shutdown corner in the NFL
29 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
Ray Lewis retiring means that need to find his successor and Minter should be the pick here.
30 - SF: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
Both Safeties are free agents they won't keep both and Gholston is the most likely to be retained.
31 - NE: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
This pick will likely be traded however could use a high motored DT next to Wilfork and Sharrif is big-bodied defensive tackle.
32 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Gonzalez is retiring and they need to have a good TE since Tony was Matt's safety net. Ertz is more complete then his his old teammate Fleener and Ertz reminds me of Jason Witten.
