Author's Comments

This is my 2013 mock draft. if you have a different opinion i am open to observation

1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
after the madness in kansas city when matt cassell was cheared when he was injured they will cheer for tds in drafing a franchise qb
2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
the jags were last in sacks so they need a man like were who can rush the qb he had 13 sacks this year
3 - OAK: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
the raiders need to improve on there linebacking core with McClain getting in trouble all the time and they also need to improve jarvus jones will do that
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The eagles need to protect there qb better than they did this year or they will have another dissapointing year
5 - DET: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
the only pass rush detroit is offering is suh so they need a man who can get there
6 - CLE: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
the browns need to improve on there pass game milliner hits and is a top cover man
7 - ARI: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
with the cardinals most likely to pick up alex smith they won't need to draft matt barkley so they will draft a great pass rusher
8 - BUF: Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
buffalo has so much talent they need a qb to finish the hole in there offense
9 - NYJ: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
ansah reminds me of pierre paul when he was in college the jets need a guy like ansah to get to the qb
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
the run game hasnt been as goog because the offensive line has struugled so they need a guy like warmack to open holes for chris johnson
11 - SD: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
besides eric weddle the pass defense has room for improvement i think if the chargers draft banks to go along with antoine cason they will not be sorry
12 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
tannahill needs a good reciever to hit down field and allen is just the guy for the job
13 - TB: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
with an ageing secondary aka ronde barber the buccanerrs need a good shut down corner
14 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
hankins is a beast he is a good run stopper which is what carolina needs
15 - NO: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
this is where the slide stops manti is still a good cover linebacker and the saints need alll the help on defense they can get
16 - STL: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
after letting adrian peterson do what they did the rams need a good runs stopper
17 - PIT: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
with clark and palamalu getting old the steelers need a new safety i cansee elam being the net palamalu just not as good
18 - DAL: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
the only pass rush the cowboys are getting is from demarcus ware they need another guy who can get to the qb
19 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
martelius bennett is good but he is very inconsistant eifert is a matchup night mare and is very consistant
20 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
the bears need help on there o line big time so they need to draft this man
21 - CIN: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
the bengals de's are nt that good they need a good de to play lond side gen atkins
22 - STL: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
the rams do not have much of a recieving threat paterson is a big recieving threat
23 - MIN: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
with an ageing kevin williams the vikings are going to need some who can stop the run
24 - IND: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
if the colts draft cooper andrew luck will have even moore time to throw in 2013
25 - DEN: Bennie Logan, DT, LSU
The broncos need someone who can plug a hole in the oppositions run game
26 - SEA: Robert Woods, WR, USC
Russell Wilson needs a all around good reciever with rice being hurt and golden tate being inconsistant
27 - GB: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
the packers need to protect aaron rodgers better so if they draft this man they will not be sorry
28 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
the texans only recieving threat is andre johnson so they need a speedy versitle reciever
29 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
with this may being tony gonzales's last year atlanta is going to need a new tight end
30 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
with ray lewis retireing the ravens are going to need a new mlb to replace the hole that ray lewis will be leaving
31 - NE: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
they will be drafting moore protection for brady
32 - SF: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
the only weekness in the 49ers defense is there dl this is a very good d lineman

Average -- I like some or part of this draft. I am not sure I understand the commentary you put for SD at #11. You said "'the chargers need to be able to stop the run". They were 6th against the run last year giving up less than 100 yards per game. OT, CB, OLB

Average -- I can't wait until people finally realize how badly overrated Jenkins has been. He's a nice pick for the Vikes - In round 2. Top options for the Vikes in your mock are Ogletree/Hunter/Cooper

Excellent -- Other than Moore to the Lions which is pathetic on everyone's part, great mock!
