SD swap 1st's and get 3rd. NE would get an 2nd and 4th. Sea would get an 2nd and 3rd swap. Den 2nd and 4th swap

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
I have a feeling Reid will trade for a QB for a pick in the later rounds. Joeckel is the best tackle prospect this year and will allow the chiefs to move Brandon Albert to guard his original position which was the position he was drafted.
2 - JAX: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
A team can not have 20 sacks in a year and expect to win football games. Moore looks similar to John Abraham when watching his tape he has that great burst of speed that edge rushers need to have.
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Oakland was gashed for 200+ yards against Doug Martin they need to improve this underachieving defense plus Tommy Kelly and Richard Seymour will be gone by the next year. Lotulelei possesses all the speed and strength we recently saw when Suh was drafted a couple year back.
4 - PHI: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
This defense needs some kind of spark since it has been lackluster since JJ left. Jones could play Strong Side LB and DE on nickel and dime looks.
5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
This team needs secondary help especially since it see's good WR's like Marshall, Nelson, and Harvin. Milliner reminds me of Charles Tillman he is very physical with man to man and a sure tackler
6 - CLE: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Sheard is a monster on one side and they tried Rucker/Parker combo which never panned out. Werner is strong, physical beast at the line of scrimmage. He pushes offensive line around and plays with violence.
7 - ARI: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Ken Whisenhunt lost his job since he never had a plan after Kurt Warner. He is showing his intelligence and field vision by working through his progressions and looking off safeties. Smith has some natural accuracy with good arm strength to make all the throws.
8 - BUF: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Buffalo needs so much help on both sides of the ball but that defense could really shine this year with Pettine. Mingo can play Strong Side LB 4-3 and also play the rush LB in a 3-4.
9 - NYJ: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Bart Scott is going to be gone and Davis really doesn't provide any elite ability to other ILB spot. Te'o is falling some after the disastrous national championship game.
10 - TEN: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Ansah is moving up the boards pretty quickly with many people considering him to be the next JPP. Titans passed on JPP to get Morgan and it hasn't worked out for them especially when no one on the DLine had double digit sack numbers.
11 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Trade CAR. They didn't grab Cox last year since Kuechley fell to them and when he did they had no other choice. Hankins was a monster in the middle of the line as a run-stuffer and a disruptive pass-rusher.
12 - MIA: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
his pick all depends if Jake Long re signs or not. Fisher is a capable LT especially since he added weight making him more balanced for both pass and rush.
13 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Trading Talib was enviable he was just causing too many problems and with Eric Wright as the only decent corner they really need to improve the secondary.
14 - SD: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Trade SD. Best G prospect in the draft he is very physical and has seen Top competition at Bama. They need to give Rivers time to create plus get the running game going with Matthews.
15 - NO: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Having the worst rushing defense in the NFL and Sedrick Ellis being a bust they need help upfront. Richardson has a high motor and good size to instantly help the rushing defense and added pass rushing pressure.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Dahl can not be a starting safety if they plan to want to start getting into the race for the NFC West.
17 - PIT: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Hampton is 35 years and they recently cut Alameda Ta'amu for his DUI arrest. Jenkins anchored this Georgia defense is a big body NT who could be a staple in that spot for a long time.
18 - DAL: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
With the signing of Kiffen as the DC Cowboys will be switching to an 4-3. Montgomery can get to the QB really well and be disruptive.
19 - NYG: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The LB core is the weakest link on the Giants defense and Ogletree can play all three LB positions. It is important they fill this spot since this defense was very weak this year.
20 - CHI: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Bear's new coach will realize if your going to pay Cutler all this money you need to keep him upright. Cooper s a smooth, coordinated athlete with fluid footwork and outstanding balance, blocking well on the move and constantly getting to the second level.
21 - CIN: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Bengal's are always in the market for another rotation spot in their especially if they do not retain Johnson.
22 - STL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
They need to protect Bradford or else he will be the next David Carr. Jones is an jack of all trades O Lineman he can play LT,C,G.
23 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Percy Harvin might be leaving since he really has no interest in being an Viking anymore. Allen has good size with speed and quickness.
24 - IND: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
Indy needs to start getting bigger up front since the #ChuckStrong can only pull them through so much which showed versus the Ravens.
25 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
Ray Lewis retiring means that need to find his successor and Minter should be the pick here.
26 - NYJ: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Trade SEA. Sanchez is benched for life, Tebow is gone to the Jags, and McElroy is too raw. They will not draft another USC QB no matter how much Rex Ryan begs
27 - GB: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
When the Packers air attack worked the best was when they had a solid running game. Bernard is a big time threat reminds me of Doug Martin.
28 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Andre Johnson is good but getting old and Daniels is injury prone however they have no other option at WR. Williams played in the Texas area and did well without RG3.
29 - SF: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
Both Safeties are free agents they won't keep both and Gholston is the most likely to be retained.
30 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Trade NE. KC knows that Cassell/Quinn are not the answer at QB and will trade up just incase Bills try to grab Barkley.
31 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Gonzalez is retiring and they need to have a good TE since Tony was Matt's safety net.
32 - BUF: Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse
Trade DEN: Marrone will get this pick to help push Fitz out of this rut or push him out of Buffalo all together.

Above Average -- Interesting scenario with the Chiefs. As for Nassib to Bills, it makes sense, but going by your draft scenario it would make more sense to wait until round 2 to draft him. Still, great mock! :)
