Please let me know what you think, thanks!

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Obviously we all believe that the Chiefs should go with a QB with the first selection, but there just isn't a good enough player that could be considered their future 'franchise' quarterback. So they should take the best player on the board and have an anchor in their line for years and years to come.
2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Yet another team that needs to take a QB, but I don't believe Geno Smith is right for this spot. Maybe if they traded down but as far as I am concerned he does not belong in the top 5. However, Jarvis Jones would fill up a much needed position if Daryl Smith leaves and signs somewhere else. Jones is the top pass rusher in the draft which seems to be the strength in what looks to be a weak draft class. He will be able to put some pressure on Andrew Luck for years to come.
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
If you saw the performance that Doug Martin had against this rush defense you wouldn't even need an explanation for this selection. Star could make a great defensive force along side Seymour until he is gone. Until then this could really help a team that desperately needs some kind of help against the running game.
4 - PHI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
This is the worst case scenario for the Eagles. Their OL was so horrendous this past season, they have to use this selection on the best lineman available. You really have to appreciate what Lewan did this past year. Michigan changed their QB multiple times throughout the games this year and that is not an easy thing to do. The QBs played different styles which means you have to change your style as a lineman. Not the player the Eagles want but not a bad one at all to have.
5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The secondary for this team just took them out of almost every game this season. It did not help how the starters in the secondary couldn't stay on the field but it was still a mess when they were. Milliner is the best cover corner in this draft and he proved it in the fantastic game he had in the championship. Detroit needs to do something about this defense if they want to make to the playoffs again.
6 - CLE: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
I would be putting Manti Te'o here but his performance he had against Alabama hurt him a little bit. I hope that wasn't a sign of things to come but I am sure that was a little bit of a wake up call to the scouts and to Te'o as well. Because of his bad game he had and no good enough QBs to take they should take the best available in Moore. It just so happens that the best available fills another need for Cleveland.
7 - ARI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
I believe that Arizona will give Kolb one more chance to prove himself to the organization. They take a player who is very talented and it just so happens that he plays a much needed position for them to upgrade in. Matthews play was outstanding when you think about who he had to block for. Manziel is not an easy QB to block for because of how much he moves around, you may never know where he is. But nevertheless, Matthews was able to hold his own against the best of the best in the SEC.
8 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Earlier in the year Buddy Nix said that he's ready for a new quarterback. I'm pretty sure that means he is done with the Ryan Fitzpatrick era in Buffalo. It has gotten to the point in the draft where the first QB needs to be taken. In my mind I do not think Smith is worthy to go here but there are so many teams that need a QB that he has to go somewhere in the top 10. We all know Nix wants a change at QB and this is the best answer if he wants a rookie starting.
9 - NYJ: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
There are so many needs for this team. But with their cap issue there is only so much they can do. They're desperate for a playmaker but there isn't anyone like a T-Rich or a Blackmon in this draft. They could possibly look at an OL but it's too high of a pick for a OG and the best OT's are gone. So the only other position is DE/OLB. I have them taking Bjoern Werner here. As a Jet fan I am not too thrilled with this pick, I would like to see them trade the pick whether it's to move up or down.
10 - TEN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Tennessee was really interested in taking someone like Stephon Gilmore or Dre Kirkpatrick last year but neither of them were able to last that long in the draft. So now they take the best player on the board at CB. Maybe putting Banks on the opposite side of a much improving Jason McCourty can help solve their problems.
11 - SD: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Bottom line is that Phillip Rivers needs better targets at the receiver position. There aren't too many needs for this struggling team but they do need a better WR. With Alexander becoming a free agent, Allen can replace him or maybe be along side him. He's got a good frame for the position and good speed to where he can be a threat across the middle where he can use his strength to get YAC and a deep threat with his breakaway speed to get past the safeties and/or corners.
12 - MIA: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
If they decide not to pay Jake Long after this season they will be in dire need for his replacement. Fisher is very versatile being able to play either tackle positions as wells guard. If he gets picked here he will most definitely play LT and will need to add some muscle to be able to push around someone like Muhammed Wilkerson or Mario Williams in his time in the AFC East.
13 - TB: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
With the only two good enough CB's for this selection already gone, they are going to have to go in a different direction. Their offense is quickly becoming one of the top scoring offenses in the league but the defense gives up just as much if not more. They have quality DT's in McCoy and Miller but they have absolutely nobody behind them. Hankins will clog up the middle of the line and can contribute to making this one of the best rush defenses in the league.
14 - CAR: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
I have watched a few Panther games here and there... Their defensive tackle play is god awful. They need to upgrade and upgrade now. Richardson is the best tackle on the board and he can quickly jump in there and have one of the better defensive minded coaches in Rivera help him out.
15 - NO: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
This team is not getting any pressure on the opposing QB's. Will Smith is starting to show his age and Cam Jordan just isn't the type of pass-rushing DE they were hoping for. He does a tremendous job against the run but nothing against the pass. Jordan has come into his own in 2012 and might earn himself some playing time if he can show some of his pass rushing skills.
16 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
St. Louis desperately needs to improve up front. How do they expect their former #1 overall pick to pan out they way they want him to behind a line that cannot pass block. The only way they will be able to compete in this division is if Bradford has time to make good throws and the only way that happens is if they start drafting better O-linemen. Hence the picking of Warmack.
17 - PIT: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo does not only have the coolest name in the draft, he also has the most potential out of any of the pass-rushers in this draft. He is a raw talent, much like JPP was coming out of USF. Mingo will just need to gain some weight/muscle to him to fill the frame he has. I believe he can become one of the best pass-rushers within the next 5 years if he can do that. And plus, he has one of the greatest defensive coaches in history on his side.
18 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
They have had some trouble with the defensive tackle position once moving Jay Ratliff to the outside. Now they get a very talented SEC grown DT to take Ratliff's old spot. He may have some issues off the field, but if he can straighten that out then Dallas would be getting what could be a very good player.
19 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Bennett payed well in his first year with the Giants, but I don't know if they will be willing to pay the money the he will likely demand. If that is the case Eifert would be the perfect player to replace him with. He is a decent blocker and a very good receiver. This would just give Eli yet another valuable target.
20 - CHI: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Urlacher era is just about to come to an end. So why not replace him with the Heisman runner-up. He did have a disappointing game against Alabama but it shouldn't knock him out of the first round. The Bears are getting him lower than he should be going.
21 - CIN: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Bengals need to have a pass rusher lineup next to Atkins who kills in in the middle. If they can get some help from their DE, their line can be great. Ansah is arguably the best available at this spot.
22 - STL: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Like I said with their last pick. The only way they can compete in their division is to get Bradford better. Another way of doing that i to actually get him a target he can throw it to. I know it doesn't help with Schotty calling the plays but regardless, it would still help him with the selection of Patterson.
23 - MIN: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
This is another team that needs to give their QB a target. They already made the leap to make it into the playoffs, to get past that next level, they'll need to improve offensively. They already have the best RB in all of football, so just give your QB some help and a decent target. Williams has great size and he will be able to make some plays for you on the outside.
24 - IND: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Freeney and Mathis are on the wrong side of 30 and the Colts need to find their future replacements now. Montgomery can come to the team and add yet another pass rusher of the edge. Until the two players either leave or retire Montgomery can fill in certain situations or just to give them a rest. Colts would get great value at this pick in the SEC product.
25 - BAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Ed Reed has contemplated retirement for the past couple of off seasons, and now is the time to take it seriously and draft his heir. Vaccaro is arguably the best safety and the best player left on the board. They could take a look at someone else like Matt Elam or Eric Reid, but I believe Vaccaro is the best one. I would be surprised if they went with any other position here.
26 - SEA: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Russell Wilson is the man. I've been a huge fan since his freshman year at NC State when he was killing Rutgers in the Papa Johns Bowl. Now he's made it to the NFL and has proven that his size will not be an issue for him. One thing that might be is the lack of talented receivers on his team. They need to take a chance on Hunter who came into the year as the top rated WR in the class.
27 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
I don't know what it is but the Packers just cannot find a way to block for Aaron Rodgers. It is unbelievable how the best QB in the entire league has the absolute worst line in front of him. Just imagine how good he could actually be with a decent line. Jones can play any position on the line which is exactly what the Packers need. This is the perfect fit for Barrett Jones coming from one championship team and going to another.
28 - HOU: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Playing in this 3-4 defense with one good ILB on the roster is not good. Oh yeah, and he's coming off an ACL injury. The ILB situation for this team is not very bright for the future outside of Cushing. Adding Ogletree to the mix will greatly help.
29 - SF: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
All the 49ers are drafting for at this point is depth. One area where they could use it is in the secondary. Rhodes had a very good 2012 campaign and he would be able to fit right in with this scary niners defense.
30 - NE: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
It looks like Welker might be living somewhere else come next year. So why not replace him with the best slot receiver in the draft. Austin has great speed and his first move off the line is so quick that Tom Brady would quickly fall in love with his new target.
31 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
As good as Tony G has been for this team, his time is going to come to an end and Ertz will need to step in once it does. He can be his understudy for the first couple years until it's his time to shine.
32 - DEN: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Denver needs to grab some offensive line help for Peyton and there running game which will be huge in a couple years once he is gone. Cooper can be either a Center or Guard at the next level. He can put in a good contribution to this line.

Below Average -- looks very similar to walterfootball drafts old mock

-- AUTHOR-- Just because a few of them are similar doesn't mean it's too similar. Some of these teams only have a couple needs and it just so happened to be that we mocked the same people. I really put what I thought and I didn't copy it from walterfootball.

-- AUTHOR-- It could go either way with Vaccaro and Elam, but I do think in the end it would be Vaccaro that gets picked.

Above Average -- I am feeling it, I just read Matthews and Lewan are going back to school or this would get a better grade, would like Werner instead of milliner-motor city chop shop
