1 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Most pro-ready QB in the draft. Should immediately take advantage of Charles, Bowe and Baldwin
2 - JAX: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Khan makes a splash with his first pick as owner. Mobile pocket QB with great pocket pressence and arm strength
3 - OAK: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Big pass rushing DE. Raiders needed him this year
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Top player on the draft. Should start at LT immediately
5 - DET: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Detroit needs leaders and run stoppers. Te'o does that and more
6 - ARI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Cards will likely fall in love with Lewan/Fisher/Matthews. Any of the 3 would be a good pick here
7 - CLE: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Moore would be hard to pass on. Gives Cleveland another pass rusher to pair with Sheard
8 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Top QB on the board goes to Buffalo. Could be the best QB in the draft
9 - NYJ: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Jets get the best pass rushing OLB in the draft. Hopefully he isn't another injury prone draft pick
10 - TEN: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Can't see the Titans passing on Lotulelei here. They need a really good DT, and get one here
11 - SD: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Chargers get a LT to protect Rivers' blindside. Fisher should be around for a long time
12 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Dolphins get Tannehill a real #1 receiver. They're also looking at Bowe and Jennings in FA. I'd still draft Allen
13 - TB: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Bucs need to replace Talib. Milliner would be an excellent choice here
14 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Panthers get a massive NT to plug up their defense.
15 - NO: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Saints defense is terrible. Jenkins, like Hankins would plug up the middle against the run
16 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Rams take the best player on the board. Warmack would help open holes for their HBs and keep Bradford upright
17 - PIT: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Polamalu needs to be replaced, hard as that is to say. Vaccaro would be an excellent pick to take his spot, or Clark's at FS
18 - DAL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys need to fix their interior o-line, period. They should use 2 of their top 3 or 4 picks on IOLs
19 - NYG: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Giants add the top player on the board and come away with a starting CB. Webster is falling off, and Tyrell Thomas can't stay healthy.
20 - CHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Bears will be thrilled to come out of the first round with any of the top 4 OTs. Matthews could start at LT or RT next season, and give the Bears some flexibility
21 - MIN: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Vikings need a tall, field stretching WR. Williams and Harvin would be a nice combo, and adding Peterson to the mix could make this a dangerous offense with the right QB
22 - IND: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
I think Freeney and/or Mathis will be gone after this season. Jordan would be a nice addition, and a steal this late in the draft
23 - CIN: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Bengals will gladly take Mingo at this point in the draft. They can slot him at SLB, or have him bulk up to play DE
24 - STL: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
(from WAS) The Rams badly need a safety, and Reid is a good choice. He'll fit nicely with Jenkins and Finnegan
25 - SEA: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Seahawks get Wilson the ultimate safety blanket. Eifert is a massive target that is great at chip blocking and getting upfield
26 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Ogletree is a steal here, and gives the Ravens a very good replacement for Ray Lewis
27 - GB: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Packers get the perfect repalcement for Greg Jennings. Woods has similar size and speed, and his hands are just as good
28 - HOU: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
The Texans should look at Thomas as their long-term RT. Brown is great at LT, but they never replace Winston
29 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
Okafor is a really solid value pick this late. He should learn all he can from John Abraham while he's still around
30 - NE: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Patriots get a massive successor for Vince Wilfork. Belicheck usually doesn't take backups early, but this is a serious need
31 - SF: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Richardson would be a really good player to plug in behind McDonald and Smith at DE. Smith is getting older, and injured.
32 - DEN: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The Broncos get a good SS to replace Mike Adams.

Above Average -- I like Barkley 1st, but a few picks are reachy like woods to Green Bay, Jones to Dallas

Poor -- Tyler Wilson is horrible. His arm looks like Chad Pennington AFTER shoulder surgery. He is not a first rounder. As a Bills fan, I am offended. Also, Barkley is going to bust. He has a weak arm and makes poor decisions. No chance he goes before Smith.
