1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs have to go QB here. Unless Smith really blows it at the Senior Bowl, and Barkley lights it up, he shoulbe the #1 pick
2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Jaguars address their pass rush with a local product. Werner should immediately upgrade their defense, and add a potential fan favorite from nearby Florida State
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders take one of the safest prospects in the draft. With Seymour getting old, and Kelly getting terrible, Lotulelei should help revitalize this front 7
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles take the best player on the board, and add a franchise-caliber LT that can start there immediately, allowing them to shift a recovering Peters to RT
5 - DET: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
This team needs leaders, especially on defense. Te'o gives them an excellent vocal leader, and a playmaking MLB that can cover TEs and chase down HBs
6 - CLE: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Browns are not as far from contending as people might think. If they can get another pass rusher, and a QB, they'll be in good shape. Moore would be a good player to pair with Jabaal Sheard, giving them two smaller, powerful DEs that can pressure AFC North QBs
7 - ARI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Cardinals get the best OT on the board here. Matthews can play LT or RT, and would be an immediate upgrade for an o-line that has been absolutely terrible
8 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Bills have talked about trading up for a QB, but I don't think they'll have to. Barkley has franchise-QB skills and intelligence, they just need to give him more weapons
9 - NYJ: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
This pick will likely be Wilson or Glennon, regardless of the pressence of Sanchez or Tebow on the roster. I think Wilson has more upside, and shows more awareness in the pocket than Glennon
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Titans go for the most powerful run blocker in the draft. They saw what CJ can do if there's a crack, imagine what he could do if there was a valley
11 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Retooling the Chargers starts with building a competent line to protect Rivers. Lewan is a steal at #11, and a day 1 starter at LT
12 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Dolphins get Tannehill the best WR in the draft here. Allen's size and speed will nicely compliment Hartline and Bess, and gives them a legit #1 WR
13 - TB: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Bucs traded away Talib, and need to replace him ASAP. Milliner would be an excellent replacement option
14 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers get themselves a space-eating NT with this pick. Hankins can take on 2-3 blockers each play, and help free up their pass rushing DEs and LBs
15 - NO: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Saints get a new toy on defense here. Mingo could add 15-20 lbs to play DE, or shed a few pounds and play SLB like Von Miller in Denver
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Rams need a presence at safety, and Vaccaro is their best option. He would fit nicely alongside Finnegan and Jenkins, and give them another aggressive, hard-hitting secondary player
17 - PIT: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Steelers need to start getting younger on defense, and it starts right here. Jones would be a more than adequate replacement for James Harrison, and owuld be a better option on 3rd and passing downs
18 - DAL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys interior o-line has been absolutely terrible. Jones can play either guard spot, or center, which is good news for Dallas, as they need to fill all of those spots
19 - NYG: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Giants are going to need to replace Osi this offseason, and they do it with the best 43 DE on the board. Montgomery has qa uestionable work ethic, which won't bother the Giants as they'll squeeze everything they can out of him
20 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Bears land their franchise-LT here. Fisher is a sleeper in this draft, and immediately makes their o-line better
21 - MIN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Banks is a steal here, and a great pick for the Vikings. Winfield will be 36 next year, and they need a true #1 CB. Banks and Harrison Smith should anchor the back end of this defense for a long time
22 - CIN: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Bengals go all-in on the top prospect on the board. He can step in at DE like Bruce Irvin, or play OLB like Von Miller, and make this defense that much better
23 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts take the best player on the board and land a 34 NT. If the Colts can overlook his academic issues, and see his talent and potential, he could be a franchise changer
24 - STL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
(from WAS) The Rams should stick with their current WR group and go for Eifert here. Quick, Givens, Amendola and Gibson are a much better set of WRs than they've had in a long time, and adding Eifert would give Bradford an excellent check-down option, and deep-middle threat
25 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Seahawks go WR here, and get Wilson an excellent playmaker. Williams should immediately become the teams #1 option, which would take a ton of pressure off of Rice and Tate
26 - BAL: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Reid is the top player on the board, and gives the Ravens a legitimate successor to Ed Reed's throne at FS. Reid is not quite the playmaker that Reed is, but he is excellent in coverage, won't get beat deep, and is very good in run support
27 - GB: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
The Packers run game is absolutely terrible, and that starts with a shaky o-line. Thomas can play guard or RT, and help open run lanes, while keep Rodgers upright
28 - HOU: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
I think the Texans will opt for Patterson over Austin just based on size and their style of offense. Both can stretch the field, but Hunter is a much bigger target, and can make plays on jump balls against bigger safeties
29 - ATL: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
The Falcons get a replacement for Michael Turner here. Lacy would be an excellent fit in Altanta's offense, and is a much better option than Jaquizz Rodgers
30 - NE: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
Vince Wilfork is slowing down, which is bad news for NE. If they want their defense to be any sort of good, they'll need another NT that can eat up blockers and succeeed the best NT in NFL history
31 - SF: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
An absolutely perfect successor for Justin Smith. Richardson best projects as a 34DE, where he can push OTs off the ball to free up pass rushing OLBs
32 - DEN: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
Another DT goes off the board here. Denver needs to find an aggressive DT to draw blockers so Von Miller and Dumervil can roam free and create havoc

Poor -- Geno Smth isn't going 1st, Barkley or Glennon will

-- Barkley is too small and slow to go #1, and Glennon is just a big arm with no mobility or touch
