4/15 Stephen Green's Final Mock Draft 2013
1 - KC: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Chiefs really need a QB, but this is too high for this year's QB class. They could trade this pick, but it will be hard for them to pass on Te'o to complete a very good linebacking group. He fits in well with Hali, Houston, and Johnson.
2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Jags really need a better pass rush. Werner was a force for the Seminoles this season and is easily worth a top 5 pick this season.
3 - OAK: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Oakland has many holes and, as a result, they could go many directions with this pick. I see them improving their defense and taking arguably the best LB in the draft in Jones.
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles badly need offensive line help. Vick has been nearly killed because of the current line. Joeckel could definitely be solid for them right away.
5 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Carolina is better than their record indicates. Their defense let them down a few times this season and have no answer for the run. Lotulelei could be the best DL in this draft.
6 - TEN: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Titans need help all over their defense. Jenkins is a good first step in the Titans becoming relevant again.
7 - ARI: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Arizona is one of many teams who missed out on one of the best QB classes ever last season. Now, they desperately need a good QB. Geno Smith is regarded by many as the top QB so Arizona jumps at the opportunity to select him.
8 - DET: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Detroit is a few key pieces from winning the division. Mingo is one of those pieces. He is a force at LB and could change the way teams plan for the Lions.
9 - SD: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Chargers need help on the line. They have talent at receiver and running back, but without blocking up front it doesnt matter. Matthews is the second texas A&M lineman off the board in the top 10 and, like Joeckel, Matthews will greatly improve the Chargers line.
10 - BUF: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Bills need big bodies on the defensive line. Williams is a BIG body. And he knows how to disrupt offenses. He makes the most sense for the Bills here.
11 - MIA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Miami finally has a decent QB. Now they need everything else. Williams will give Tannehill a deep threat and could potentially improve the special teams.
12 - CLE: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Browns need a pass rusher. Notice a pattern among top 15 teams? Montgomery is a beast off the edge and was rarely blocked by opposing lineman. Add him to Phil Thomas and the Browns might actually be able to play defense effectively.
13 - NO: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Saints are a great fit for this Mizzou star. He's big, fast, and he can get to the QB. He was one of the few bright spots on a vulnerable Mizzou defense and could improve the Saints pass rush.
14 - TB: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Tampa Bay has talent on the offensive side of the ball with Freeman and Martin. Now, they need to work on the defense. Adding Barron last season helped, but he was injured for much of the season. Fellow Bama player Milner will make a big impact. He is fast, and he has good ball skills. Oh, and he can hit.
15 - NYJ: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
The Jets have been making headlines for all the wrong reason this season. Their QB situation is a disaster. Their defense is awful. Minter makes this defense better. He can't win games on his own, but he is a game changer and the Jets will greatly appreciate his presence.
16 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
St. Louis is slowly getting back to relevance. Their O-Line is one hole they can fill in this draft. Lewan is the best available OT on the board and can fit in nicely for the Rams. Bradford will like seeing him on the line.
17 - CIN: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
STEAL. This pick is a steal for the Bengals. Jordan is fast, smart, and an overall great talent. He gives any team an instant upgrade and immediately makes the defense a threat. The Bengals could use some defense so they don't have to rely on Dalton to win all of their games.
18 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Rams again go for OL help and grab Warmack. He is another big, strong, talented lineman and will make Bradford feel more comfortable in the pocket.
19 - DAL: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Cowboys also need help on the DL. Hankins is the best available at this point in the draft so that's who they go with. He will help and can make Dallas a contender again by improving the DL.
20 - MIN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Vikings, like many other teams, need a pass rusher. Moore is one of the better pass rushers in this draft and the Vikings are happy that he falls this far. Great value for the 20th pick.
21 - PIT: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Steelers need a good receiver to go with Wallace and Brown. Allen is a good option. Hes fast, has decent size, and good hands. This will give Big Ben yet another weapon and the Steelers won't complain about this selection.
22 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Jay Cutler is begging his GM to draft OL help. He is tired of getting hit so much. They listen and draft the best available OL in Fisher. He's big and can do something the current Bears' line can't...Block
23 - SEA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Seahawks are almost where they want to be. Their defense is solid and they have a talented QB/RB combo. Tavon Austin helps their special teams and gives Wilson another deep threat to make this team dangerous. This pick makes them contenders for the foreseeable future.
24 - KC: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
This is the first "surprise" in my mock. Not only does KC trade back into the first round for their much needed QB, they get Tyler Wilson. They pass on Barkley and take the better overall player in Wilson. He is one of the most NFL-ready QBs in this class and he will greatly improve the Chiefs.
25 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Giants have been unexplainably quiet on offense at times this season. They have good receivers, a great group of running backs, and a good QB. They need a tight end. Eifert is easily the best TE in this draft and he fills a need. This pick just works.
26 - GB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Packers had to outscore alot of teams this year and have a very vulnerable secondary. Banks is one of the best corners in this draft and can start right away. He will be the cover corner they need.
27 - BAL: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Baltimore has a dclining defense. They're old and slow compared to what they used to be. Eric Reid will bring the punishing safety back to the Ravens. He will punish receivers over the middle and can cover when he needs to.
28 - DEN: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Broncos are pretty good already so they just take the best overall player left in Mosley. He will be yet another good defensive player.
29 - SF: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
The 49ers seemingly always need receivers. Moss is old and unreliable and Crabtree is only just now playing like an NFL player. Hopkins will almost certainly be their leading receiver next season. He's fast and a great fit for the 49ers.
30 - NE: Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky
New England could trade this pick. They do not need anything really. If they keep this pick, they could add depth on the line. Warford is a good player and the Patriots can add him to an already good line.
31 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Falcons are a regular season monster. Okafor could help make them a postseason monster. They need to get to opposing QBs and Abraham isn't what he used to be.
32 - HOU: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Houston has enough offense for now. They need secondary help. Rhodes is a steal here and will greatly improve the Texans. Joseph and Rhodes would make a scary secondary to go with a deadly pass rush. This could ultimately put the Texans over the edge and make them Super Bowl favorites.

Average -- The Steelers need D help first but I wouldn't complain about Allen.
