1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Anyone who likes the Chiefs, or just good football, knows that they need to draft the top QB here. They could wait until the 2nd round, but they won't get a Geno Smith. This team is to talented on offense to not see him excel early on

2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Werner has gained a ton of momentum this season, and should be a top 5 pick. I have him ranked just ahead of Moore because of his 2 seasons of solid play, as opposed to Moore's one good year after a really bad year

3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders take the top player on the board here. Tommy Kelly has been absolutely terrible, and Seymour is starting to show his age. Lotulelei would be a nice piece to bring in and build around

4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles could look at Milliner here, but Joeckel will probably catch their attention a little more. He can start at RT immediately, and is an exceptional insurance/replacement option for Jason Peters at LT

5 - DET: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Lions go for the Heisman runner-up with this pick. They badly need to upgrade their LBs, and Te'o's ability to stay on the field should help this defense

6 - TEN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Titans get a quick, athletic DE that has burst onto the scene this year. He helped TAMU look good in their first SEC season, and should help Tennessee bulk up their pass rush

7 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Chargers could be tempted to take Milliner here if Cason and Jammer leave, but their OTs are seriously terrible. Lewan can plug in at LT on day 1, and help Rivers stay on his feet

8 - CLE: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
With Moore and Werner off the board the Browns go CB. Milliner and Haden would be an excellent CB tandem that could give opposing offenses trouble

9 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Bills have talked about trading up to get a QB, but i don't think they'll need to. Barkley's arm will have a tough time in Buffalo, and Wilson or Glennon should be on the board here

10 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
I've had the Panthers going DT almost all year, and I'm not going to stop here. Their d-line has played much better this year, but they need a disruptive NT like Hankins that can free up their pass rushers

11 - ARI: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Cardinals should be going OT or QB here. With Lewan off the board, Barkley makes a lot of sense. Their lack of accuracy in the QB department is struggling, and he'd help to correct that

12 - TB: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Bucs could look at Banks here, but i think he'd be a reach. Jordan profiles as a really good pass rusher, whether its at DE or OLB in a 43 or 34

13 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Forget reaching or not, the Dolphins need to get Tannehill a #1 WR. Allen is a beast, and should gain some steam at the Senior Bowl and Combine when he isn't playing for Cal's terrible offense

14 - NO: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Saints take the top pass rusher on the board here. Jenkins should play like Von Miller in Denver, and help this team put some pressure on opposing QBs

15 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams go OT here. Matthews is a beast of a locker, and should help their run game and passing game immediately

16 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets have too much money invested in Sanchez to go QB in the 1st round. Instead they go for the 2nd biggest need and add a monster pass rusher at OLB

17 - PIT: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Steelers go LB here. Mosley is a monster, and should start for them immediately at MLB, or they can groom him into James Harrison's successor

18 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
(from WAS) The Rams take the best player on the board here, and address their o-line again. Givens, Amendola and Gibson have really stepped up at WR, and Quick can't be given up on yet. Giving Bradford time to find his guys should help this team a lot

19 - DAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Cowboys have been very prone to giving up huge passing plays down the field, most of which can be attributed to their lack of talent at safety.

20 - MIN: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Vikings offense, aside from Peterson, is terrible, especially with Harvin out. Adding Hunter should help them determine the long-term value of Christian Ponder

21 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Bears get a new LT or RT here. Webb and Carimi could both be replaced, so don't be surprised if they address both of those positions with early picks

22 - NYG: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Giants take the best player on the board here and get a pass rushing DT that knows how to be incredibly disruptive

23 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts would be happy with just about anything here. NTs are hard to come by, and Jenkins has the potential to develop into one of the best ones in the NFL

24 - CIN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Bengals take the top player on the board and get a really good DE. Value and need pick for them here

25 - NE: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
If Wes Welker is resigned, i think they'll go defense. If not, Austin would be a best-case scenario replacement for the Pats

26 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Despite how bad their offense has looked, the Ravens need to look at their defense here. Lewis and Reed are close to retirement, and at least one should be replaced with this pick

27 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Seahawks have looked scary good over their past few games. Imagine if Wilson actually had a #1 WR to throw the ball to

28 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Packers go o-line here, and for good reason. Rodgers has been sacked more times than any other QB this season, and getting a suitable replacement for any of their OL positions is a priority

29 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
I don't know what Tony Gonzalez will do after this season, but signs seem to point towards retirement. Either way, the Falcons are in a good spot to add his successor with this pick

30 - DEN: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Broncos are loaded with pass rushers on defense, but they need 2 DTs that can clog lanes and eat blockers

31 - HOU: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Texans get their #2 WR here, and add a reliable, if unexciting receiver with a ton of potential. Sound like anyone else on their roster?

32 - SF: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The 49ers would be crazy not to take a shot at Ansah here. He has 43DE size, but his quickness and power might be better suited at 34OLB where he can get a running start
