1 - JAX: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Jaguars should go for the QB that will have the easiest transition into the NFL. I have Barkley just ahead of Smith because of his leadership and pin-point accuracy. Plus, he's started in an NFL-stlye offense for 4 years
2 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs are built to be a downfield passing team, and should get a QB that can run that type of offense. Smith has a live arm and excellent pocket pressence which should help him buy some time for Jon Baldwin and Dwayne Bowe to get open
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders could look at Te'o or Jarvis Jones here, but I think they'll go for one of the surest prospects in the draft. Tommy Kelly is a was of money and a roster space. They should cut him and pick up Lotulelei here
4 - ARI: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Cardinals wil likely look hard at Tyler Wilson and Luke Joeckel with this pick. I don't think either of them are worth a top 5 pick, however. The Cardinals need a dynamic pass rusher on their defense, and add the best player ont he board
5 - TEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Titans desperately need to put some pressure on opposing QBs next season. Werner is a solid pick for them, and gives them an aggressive edge rusher
6 - CAR: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Jordan Gross is an excellent LT, but he'll be 33 next season, and they badly need a RT. They'd be smart to get a franchise-caliber LT here, and slide Gross to RT, where he can play a little longer
7 - PHI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Eagles are another team that should look hard at their o-line. Jason Peters might not be able to return to LT, and if he does, they'll need someone better than Bell or Dunlap at RT
8 - DET: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Lions take the best player on the board and improve their MLB position. Tulloch would be better served as an OLB, and they need some leaders in their locker room
9 - CLE: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Browns are in a good spot here to pick pretty much whoever they want. They'd love Jarvis Jones, but they'll gladly take Jordan, who is very similar. He can play OLB or DE and be used as a pass rusher
10 - SD: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Chargers need an OT more than anything else in this draft. When Gaither comes back, they'd be smart to move him to RT and add a new LT. Matthews player RT at TAMU, but in a spread offense, he needed and possesed at LT skill set
11 - BUF: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Bills could reach for Tyler Wilson, but there will be good QBs available when they pick in the 2nd round. They take the best CB in the draft here, and, paired with Stephon Gilmore, gives them 2 really good, young corners
12 - NO: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Saints need to fix their defense really badly. Hankins is the top player on the board, and gives them a block-eating NT that can help free up their pass rushers
13 - MIA: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
If Milliner is on the board, i think the Dolphins will take him here. If he's gone, they could look at Banks, but the prospect of losing Jake Long might make this a need pick
14 - NYJ: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Jets take the top pass rusher on the board here. Though he's been much better since TAMU transitioned to a 43 defense, he's still an excellent rusher
15 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Rams need blockers, and Warmack is the top player on the board here. They need playmakers for Bradford too, but they're useless if he doesn't have time to throw the ball
16 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Bucs take the top player that fills a need here. Banks was recently named the best DB in college when he won the Jim Thorpe award, and should be a big upgrade for Tampa
17 - DAL: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Cowboys should look o-line here, but Mingo would be almost impossible to pass on. They need another rusher to pair with DeMarcus Ware, and get him here
18 - CIN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Bengals take the best player available here, and fill a need. They need another pass rushing DT to pair with Geno Atkins, and Richardson is a monster
19 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Vikings take the 1st WR off the board here. Harvin has been good when healthy, but they need a real #2 option that can step up when he gets hurt.
20 - STL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
(from WAS) The Rams shouldn't take a risk on a WR here, as none of the top ones look like sure-fire #1 options. Eifert has been a stud for ND for the past 2 seasons, and is a big, physical player that Bradford could find all over the field
21 - SEA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Seahawks need a #1 option at WR. Austin is small, but he's the fastest WR with the best hands i this class. Think DeSean Jackson, but faster
22 - CHI: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Bears o-line is absolutely terrible. They'd be smart to take the most versatile lineman in the draft
23 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts could look for an edge rusher here, but they really need a NT. This draft is loaded with mid-round pass rushers, but very thin at NT
24 - PIT: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Steelers need to get younger at LB, badly. Mosley has the size and strength to play any of the 34LB positions, and will likely start inside
25 - NE: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Chandler Jones turned out to be an excellent pick before getting injured. The Pats need another DE to pair with him, and should look hard at Montgomery here
26 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Ravens get Ray Lewis' successor here. Ogletree has been on a tear since returning to the lineup for Georgia, and should make the Ravens a little more comfortable with the pending retirement of Lewis
27 - NYG: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Giants run defense has been embarassing recently, and their DTs are getting older. Williams would be a good space-eating DT that can help create some mismatches for their pass rushing DEs
28 - SF: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The 49ers should dump Gholson and Whitner and look for new safeties. Reid would be a good upgrade over either of them
29 - GB: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
THe Packers may need to replace TJ Lang this offseason, and Bulaga might be ready to move to LT. Thomas would be a nice choice to play RT or take Lang's spot at guard
30 - DEN: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Mike Adams is not a starting-caliber safety. The Broncos would be smart to look for an upgrade here
31 - ATL: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Falcons take the most athletic pass rusher in the draft here. Ansah has all the physical tools to be a dominating DE, but they'll need to do a lot of work with him
32 - HOU: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Texans get their #2 WR here. Hunter definitely has a #1 skill-set when motivated, and working with Andre Johnson should only make him better

Above Average -- This is pretty good, just a few issues here and there. The Bengals will not take a DT, they drafted 2 last year and neither have seen the field because of the talent of Peko and Atkins. Eifert and Werener won't go that high. Overall, good job though

Average -- seriously. the dolphins take another OL. They need a WR for tannehill.
