1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs can't go on with Brady Quinn and Matt Cassel. Smith should be able to handle starting duties from Day 1 if they bring in the right coach

2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Jaguars need offensive help, but they won't get it here. Lotulelei is the best player on the board, and can help to up their defense

3 - OAK: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Raiders take the best player on the board here. Hankins could be another option, but Jones gives them another LB and a pass rusher, both of which are very high on their list of needs

4 - CLE: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Browns need playmakers on offense and defense. With Jones off the board, this is a more likely pick, and gives them a really solid DE to pair with Jabaal Sheard

5 - PHI: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Eagles clear house, and dump Vick, leaving Foles as the only semi-legitimate QB on the roster. Barkley is better right now than Foles, and given their small but speedy WRs, and McCoy's ability as a pass catcher, they may be better served switching to a West Coast system

6 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers need a lot of help at multiple positions, biggest of which is at DT. Hankins can anchor this defense, and create space for their stud LBs

7 - BUF: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bills take the top player on the board and add some more talent to their awful defense. If Te'o plays as well in the NFL as he did at ND, this will be an excellent pick

8 - ARI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Cardinals have a gigantic hole at LT, and Joeckel is the best player available. This should be a no brainer

9 - NYJ: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Jets take the most athletic, explosive pass rusher in the draft. This is a very risk pick, but if he can put up numbers anywhere near what he did in college, this could be the steal of the draft

10 - TEN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Titans have a giant need at DE, and Moore is a monster. He has blossomed into a real pass rusher since TAMU switched him from a 34OLB to a 43DE

11 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams get Bradford a legitimate #1 WR. If Quick and Givens can develop into decent players, and Allen plays to his potential, this could be a very different unit

12 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Chargers need offensive line help, especially at tackle. Lewan is a powerful run blocker, and a very good pass blocker

13 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions take the best payer on the board, and fill their biggest need at CB. They'd be crazy to take anyone else here

14 - DAL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Cowboys o-line is unforgivably bad. Tyron Smith has been the one bright spot, and they need to fix that. Adding Matthews will give them another powerful run blocker, and a strong player that can hold his own in pass protection

15 - MIA: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Dolphins take the best player on the board and come away with Mingo. He could fall further than this, but i think some team will be intrigued enough to scoop him up

16 - STL: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(from WAS) This is a bit of a reach, but Fisher has played lights out at CMU. He played a big part in wins over Iowa and Miami, and has absolutely dominated MAC pass rushers

17 - NO: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Saints could go a few different ways with this pick, but i think they'll go d-line. Richardson is a very good player, and would be an instant upgrade for them at DT

18 - MIN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Vikings should snag Banks here and look for a DE and WR in rounds 2 and 3

19 - CIN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Bengals take the best player on the board and add a really good pass rusher with solid potential to their roster

20 - SEA: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Seahawks take the best receiver on the board, and get Wilson a young, explosive WR to develop with

21 - PIT: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Steelers could look at Elam and Reid here, but i think Mosley will catch their eye as their LBs start to get older

22 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
If he is still on the board, I think Indy will go for Jenkins here. They need a NT to anchor their defense, and he's as good as they come

23 - GB: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
If Warmack makes it this far, i think the Packers will scoop him up. They need someone to help Bulaga and Lang, who seem to have protected Rodgers by themselves

24 - TB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Mark Barron has started to come along nicely for Tampa, but they need another safety. Reid has really good value here, and gives them another scary SEC safety

25 - NE: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Patriots take the best pass rusher on the board, and land a really good DE that they can pair with Chandler Jones for the next 10 years

26 - BAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Ed Reed has teetered on the edge of retirement for years. The Ravens need to pick up someone that is as versatile as Reed, and Vaccaro would be a nice pick

27 - NYG: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The Giants interior linemen are getting up there in age, and aside form Snee, not terribly good. Cooper can play guard or center, and should be a good cornerstone for this franchise

28 - CHI: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
The Bears need a better LT than Webb, and Fluker definitely is. He's not the best pass blocker, but he is an exceptional run blocker, and is strong and agile enough to hold his spot against quick pass rushers

29 - DEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Broncos go CB knowing that Champ Bailey can't play forever. Rhodes is a very talented young CB, but will need some tutoring, and who better than one of the best that ever played the position

30 - SF: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The 49ers need a safety and Elam is the top player on the board. This should be a quick pick for them

31 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
With Tony Gonzalez on the verge of retirement, the Falcons take a super talented TE to replace him

32 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans could look at Tavon Austin here, but his size worries me. Williams is not as explosive, but he has #1 receiver size and strength, which they'll need when Andre Johnson decides to hang up his cleats
