1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Given their massive need of a new QB, and barring a career ending injury to Smith, I can't see any way the Chiefs don't take him with this pick. He has excellent awareness and mobility, and can make any throw you'd want him to
2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Jaguars should go for the best player on the board here. Lotulelei is a monster, and will give them a solid foundational piece to build around
3 - CAR: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Panthers need help all over, and could definitely use a new LT. Gross is solid, but he is getting older, and may be more productive, longer, at RT
4 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns are another team that should just take the best player available. Jones gives them an immediate upgrade as a pass rusher, and fills Scott Fujita's spot at OLB. They should look up tape of Von Miller in Denver and start getting excited
5 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Rams won't get Lewan at #11, and need to lock him up here. He's not a consolation prize for not getting Joeckel, and is much stronger, and a harder run blocker
6 - OAK: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Raiders should strongly consider moving Tommy Kelly this offseason. His lack of effort has been killing them, and so has his salary figure compared to his results.
7 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Eagles will likely be starting fresh this offseason, and would be smart to dump DRC and Asomugha. Neither has played well, and both could be due a lot of money. Milliner is a young, tough CB that could be one of the league's elite right away
8 - TEN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
No player has helped himself as much as Moore this season. He's had a spectacular year after moving from 34OLB to 43DE, and should be a top 10 pick.
9 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Barkley's fall from grace should end right around here. Yes, he has struggled this season, but we all know how he played the past few seasons, and what kind of potential he has. The Bills run a West Coast offense, which would be a perfect fit for his quick release, quick reads and incredible short to mid-range accuracy
10 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets should be looking to take the top OLB or WR on the board. I think Mingo is an incredible talent, and if coached properly, could develop into one of the games premier pass rushers
11 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams can't pass on getting Bradfrod a WR again. Allen has more than shown his talent over the past 2 seasons, and would be a massive upgrade over Quick and Givens
12 - ARI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Cardinals could look hard at Glennon and Wilson here, but i think they'll stick with Kolb for at least one more season. They need a really good LT, and Matthews is the best one on the board. He is not as good as Joeckel or Lewan, but he is a super intelligent kid that can block the best pass rusher the NFL will have to offer
13 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Banks could go anywhere from 10th to 20th in this draft, and I think the Lions will like him. He is a fiery competitor, and would immediately be the best CB on their roster
14 - MIA: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Dolphins would be silly to reach for Hunter here, especially with Montgomery and Werner on the board, and their need for a 43DE to pair with Cameron Wake
15 - SD: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Takeo Spikes is nearing the end of an incredible career, and Donald Butler is starting to emerge as an excellent MLB, but they'll need someone to play next to him. Te'o would be an excellent compliment to the speedy Butler
16 - DAL: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Cowboys will be hard pressed to replace Romo if they don't make they playoffs again. Given how well young QBs have played early in their careers, they shouldn't have to put too much thought into this
17 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints take the top 43DE on board, and land a great pass rusher that can replace Will Smith who should be cut for underperforming based on his salary
18 - CIN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Bengals take the best player on the board and again upgrade their offensive line with a stud guard. Warmack and Zeitler should form one of the better interior lines in the game, and Whitworth and Smith are more than solid on the outside
19 - MIN: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Vikings would love Werner or Montgomery as a successor for Jared Allen, but they'll be equally happy with Hunter, who gives Ponder another explosive playmaker, and draws more attention away from Peterson
20 - SEA: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
The Seahawks should move Jon Carpenter inside to fill their RG spot, and look to draft someone to replace him at RT. Fluker is a strong, smart kid that can play RT or replace Okung at LT if anything happens to him
21 - NYG: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Giants take the best player on the board, and add a really good pass rusher that can replace Osi, who the Giants are unlikely to retain
22 - TB: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Bucs offense is just starting to come together, but is no where from a finished project. Dallas Clark has played exceptionally this season, but will be 34 next season. They'd be smart to grab a young TE like Eifert that can learn the trade from one of the NFLs best receiving TEs
23 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts should be thrilled that Jenkins is still on the board here. They need a powerful NT that can anchor their defense, and Jenkins is better than anyone you'll find in free agency
24 - PIT: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Steelers could go a few different ways with this pick. They've been talking about adding youth to their LB corps, and Mosley would be a good pick, as he can play ILB or OLB in a 34
25 - BAL: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Reid is far from a perfect prospect at safety, but he is an excellent talent, and can replace Ed Reed in terms of ballhawking and intensity
26 - NE: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Patriots continue to add youth and depth to their defense, this time with a powerful DT that can eventually replace Wilfork or Love, who are on the downslopes of their career
27 - SF: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The 49ers DEs are getting up there in age, and they should be planning on how they're going to replace them in the future. Richardson would be an excellent replacement for Justin Smith in terms of size and strength, and having an opprotunity to learn behind one of the game's best, would be a treat.
28 - CHI: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Bears will almost definitely go OL here, and probably in the 2nd round as well. Jones has a great NFL skill set, and can play any non-LT positon for the bears
29 - DEN: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The Broncos need to find a strong safety this offseason, and this could be an excellent place to do it. Elam has been cruising up draft boards, and has good value here
30 - GB: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
With Greg Jennings likely on his way out, the Packers will need to find another top WR. Williams has all of the skills and the potential to develop into a #1 alongside Randall Cobb
31 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Texans need to find a real secondary threat at WR, which Austin more than qualifies as. They also need to find someone that can become Shaub's primary target when Andre Johnson moves on
32 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Falcons have a giant need at DE after the release of Ray Edwards, and should look for a good one in the first 2 rounds
