1 - KC: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
(Smith, QB) The Chiefs will need to replace Bowe, but they also need to repalce Glen Dorsey. Floyd is a really good talent, and has better value than any WR here

2 - JAX: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
(Barkley, QB) The Jaguars have several needs on their o-line, and will want to keep Barkley upright. Jones is one of the top linemen in the draft, and has excellent value here

3 - CAR: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
(Lotulelei, DT) The Panthers could go WR here, but i think Fluker has more value, and fills a bigger need. Gross will be 33 next season, and can't keep playing LT forever. Fluker can start at RT immediately and eventually repalce Gross at LT

4 - CIN: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
(from OAK)(Hankins, DT) The Bengals take the best pass rusher on the board. Okafor is easily the best one available, and an excellent addition for this team

5 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
(Joeckel, LT) The Bills land a replacement for Fitzpatrick without reaching too much. Wilson would've been a huge reach in round 1, but has solid value here

6 - STL: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
(Lewan, LT; Warmack, OG) The Rams get Bradford a really good, shifty slot WR. Assuming Quick and Givens develop well, this could be a dangerous WR corps.

7 - TEN: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
(Moore, DE) The Titans need a powerful run blocker to help open lanes for CJ. Thomas can play guard or RT, and would be a solid upgrade at either position

8 - NYJ: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
(Mingo, OLB) The Jets situation at HB is laughable at best. Greene is not an every-down back, but Bernard is, and would take some pressure off of Sanchez if they can get him going

9 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(Jordan, OLB) Kolb didn't look awful in his few games, but he did occasionally look rattled or nervous, likely because the Cardinals o-line is terrible. FIsher would be an immediate upgrade at LT, and give them some time to see if Kolb is really worth the money

10 - WAS: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Redskins need secondary help in every imaginable way. Amerson is a good CB, but could also play FS if they needed him to

11 - CIN: Andre Ellington, RB, Clemson
The Bengals need a difference maker at HB, and Ellington is the best one available.

12 - PHI: Brian Winters, OT, Kent State
(Milliner, CB) The Eagles are going to need linemen, especially a RT/LT, badly, this offseason. Winters is a very sound, talented OT, that should find an early role for them

13 - DAL: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State
(Jenkins, NT) The Cowboys could be looking at the end of the Romo era sooner than we think, and Orton is not a long term solution. Manuel is very athletic, and has improved his accuracy, which could make him an ideal replacement for Romo

14 - DET: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
(Banks, CB) The Lions have holes all over their defense, and LB is no exception. Ogletree is the best player on the board, and gives them a very solid MLB to continue building around

15 - SD: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
(Matthews, OT) Gates is sadly getting near the end of a spectacular career. I think he still has some fight left in him, but they should find him a good understudy soon

16 - MIA: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
(Allen, WR) I don't know that he'll last this long, but if he does, Rhodes will be very attractive to Miami, who traded away their best CB, and has seen Marshall struggle mightily

17 - TB: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
(S Williams, DT) The Bucs are another team that is in desperate need of a top CB after trading their best one. Poyer has the skills to develop into one of the best CBs in the league

18 - MIN: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
(Hunter, WR) Short is an absolute steal here, and fills a huge need for Minnesota at DT. Their d-line is getting older, and they need to start bringing in some fresh players

19 - SEA: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
(Eifert, TE) Brown would be an excellent compliment to Wright and Wagner, and give Seattle their 3rd starting LB

20 - PIT: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
(Montgomery, DE/OLB) Polamalu and Clark have spent a lot of time on the injury report, and that's not good for the Steelers. Elam would give them some additional youth and depth at the postition

21 - MIA: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
(from IND) Jeffcoat's injury has caused him to drop a bit, but he's too good of a talent to pass on here, and Miami needs some pass rushers

22 - GB: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
(Vaccaro, SS) Jeff Saturday is well past his prime, and has shown it this season. Holmes is the best pure center on the board, and would be a nice addition to this team

23 - DEN: Le'Veon Bell, RB, Michigan State
(Richardson, DT) The Broncos think Hillman is an excellent explosive back, but they don't want to send him up the middle. Bell would give them a big, poweful back that can grind out those tough yards

24 - NE: Stedman Bailey, WR, West Virginia
(Logan, DT) The Patriots could look safety here, but i think they'll go after a field stretching WR like Bailey or Hopkins.

25 - NYG: Gavin Escobar, TE, San Diego State
(Carradine, DE) The Giants need to get a big, pass catching TE to replace Martellus Bennett, who, though solid, is not really a threat down the field

26 - SF: Michael Buchanan, DE, Illinois
(Reid, FS) Aldon Smith is a monster, and Wills and Bowman are the best MLB duo in the league. With this pick, the 49ers defense gets a little more terrifying

27 - BAL: Tony Jefferson, FS, Oklahoma
(Mosley, LB) The Ravens should also be looking for a successor for Ed Reed, who doesn't have much time left on his clock. Jefferson is a LB in a safety's body, and would be a good pick to repalce one of the most feared safeties in the NFL not named Brian Dawkins

28 - CHI: Chase Thomas, OLB, Stanford
(Cooper, OG/C) Thomas plays OLB for Stanford, but could just as easily play MLB. Urlacher will most likely be gone, or almost gone next season, and Thomas would be a good choice to play SLB next to him, or replace him

29 - HOU: Oday Aboushi, OT, Virginia
(T Williams, WR) The Texans didn't properly replace Eric Winston at RT, and have a chance to here

30 - ATL: Jordan Reed, TE, Florida
(Ansah, DE) Tony Gonzalez will likely be out after this year, and the Falcons have no repalcement plan. Reed is a strong pass catcher and serviceable blocker

31 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns used their 2nd round pick to take Josh Gordon in the Supplemental Draft

32 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints lost their 2nd round pick in the sanctions for Bounty Gate
