1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
I'm buying into the hype, only because I've seen Smith play a number of times, and he continues to impress me. He is a techincally sound QB that should develop into KC's franchise QB quickly
2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Jaguars have issues all over the place, and should be looking to add the best player on the board. Lotulelei will be an immediate upgrade over Alulalu, who has been disappointing at best
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns also go for the best available player here, and immediately upgrade their pass rush and overall defense with a monsterous OLB
4 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers have to go for a DT here if Lotulelei or Hankins is available. They need a run stopper up front in the worst kind of way
5 - OAK: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Raiders go defense, and add the best 43 DE in the draft to replace either of their starters
6 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Barkley isn't as impressive as Smith, but his control of an offense, and mental abilities make him dangerous as a QB. I'd much rather have him than Fitzpatrick
7 - TEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Werner has been flying up draft boards, and would fit nicely with the Titans as a pass rushing DE
8 - NO: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Saints are another team that needs a pass rusher, and Moore is the best one available. He has been a beast for TAMU at DE, and has looked much better since they moved to a 43 defense from a 34
9 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams need to add an o-lineman with one of their 1st round picks, and Joeckel is a monster. He has potential to be better than last year's top LT, Kalil
10 - NYJ: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Jets need a NT, badly, and add the best on on the board here
11 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Te'o is the best player on the board, and fills a massive need for the Bengals at MLB, where Rey Maluga has struggled
12 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams take the best WR on the board, and add two players that should instantly upgrade thsi offense
13 - DAL: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo has struggled this year, and is still very, very raw. Some team will likely take a chance on him, and i think it'll be a 34 defense that needs a pass rusher
14 - ARI: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
I don't think the Cardinals will go QB if Wilson or Barkley is not available, but they need a franchise-caliber signal caller, and Wilson is a good one
15 - TB: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Bucs need a #1 CB badly. Wright is alright, but he is a #2 at best. Milliner and Barron would be a good foundation for this rebuilding defense
16 - PHI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Lewan is the best player on the board, and fills a huge need for the Eagles. He can play LT if Jason Peters can't do it when he returns, or can play RT and develop his craft until Peters is gone
17 - SD: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Chargers are another team that badly needs an OT. Gaither hasn't been good when healthy at LT, and should move to RT
18 - MIA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Dolphins get Tannehill a playmaking WR that should immediately step in as a #1 target
19 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions take the best available player, and add an immediate #1 starting CB
20 - MIN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Vikings need a starting guard, and Warmack is the best player available. Warmack is the best gaurd prospects in years, and would be a welcome addition to this team
21 - SEA: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Seahawks need a #1 recevier for Russell Wilson as Rice has been declining. They'll be in trouble if they can't get him help
22 - GB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Packers are in desperate need of a FS since Nick Collins was released. Reid is a really good player, and has excellent value here
23 - IND: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Colts need to get Luck more weapons. Wayne only has a year or two left, and they'd be smart to find a repalcement for him, especially if Woods is available
24 - PIT: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Steelers need to replace Ike Taylor, as he's been terrible and is due $10million next year. Amerson is a playmaker, and if they can get him to refrain from always improvising, he could be the steal of the draft
25 - NE: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Patriots are going to need to replace Wilfork soon, as he has been declining. Williams is a beast, and would be a good player to bring along as a successor
26 - DEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Broncos need to find a succesor for Champ Bailey, who is not getting any younger. Rhodes is very talented, and would benefit from a year under Bailey
27 - NYG: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Giants take the best player available, and fill a big need at RT. Deihl won't be able to play the position much longer, and Beatty and Fisher could be interchangable for LT and RT
28 - SF: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The 49ers need another outside pass rusher to compliment Aldon Smith. Jordan is a monster pass rusher, and should have an immediate impact on one of the NFL's best defenses
29 - ATL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Falcons drafted Konz last year to replace McClure, and he may eventually, but that'll still leave them with a hole at guard. Jones and Konz should fill those holes nicely
30 - BAL: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
The Ravens need a replacement for Ray Lewis, and Brown is the best MLB available. He is not the big hitter that Lewis is, but he has much better range, and diagnoses plays just as well
31 - CHI: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Richardson is easily the best player on the board, and the Bears need some extra DTs
32 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Texans get Shaub a legit deep threat to compliment Andre Johnson. Austin does not have #1 WR height or weight, but he could fill a Harvin/Welker like role for the Texans
