1 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Despite struggling, i can't bring myself to move Barkley from the top spot because of his intangibles and accuracy. The Cheifs need someone like this to move them from Cassel
2 - JAX: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
No way their coach and GM are back next year, which means Gabbert will likely be done. He has been hard to watch, and Smith could be a sight for sore eyes
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns take the best player on the board, and add a stud LB. He should have little issue playing in a 43 due to his coverage ability and speed
4 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers are, in fact, not fine at DT. Their DEs are excellent, but see too many blockers, and get washed out of player. Lotulelei will demand double teams and chip blocks that should help to free up their pass rushers
5 - OAK: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Raiders pick up the best pass rusher on the board, something they badly need. They could look at Tyler Wilson here, but i think Palmer has been playing better, and is a better option than most other teams have. They could also look to go after Jason Campbell, or Derek Anderson as competition for him
6 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Fitzpatrick has been a disaster, and their front office looks silly for signing him to his giant deal. If they think they can get a hold of Wilson, he could be shown the door this offseason
7 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Montgomery is a pro-ready DE that should be able to make a huge impact on a team early in his career. Montgomery is a strong pass rusher and run stopper
8 - IND: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Colts need to find a good NT badly. Hankins has the power and athleticism to anchor their 34 defense and play on almost every down
9 - NYJ: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
A bit of a reach, but the Jets offense has been less than acceptable this season due to a lack of playmakers. Stephen Hill is going to need some time, and Holmes might not be worth the money he's making anymore
10 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bengals need to upgrade Maluga at MLB. Te'o has been the heart of NDs defense, and should be a fan favorite on defense
11 - ARI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Cardinals cannot keep letting their QBs get smashed to the ground. Joeckel is an excellent pass blocker, and solid as a run blocker. He should make some team very happy
12 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams need to get Bradford a playmaker in this draft. LT is a need as well, but if they dont get Hunter or Allen, they could have some issues
13 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
A steal for the Rams gives them a beastly pass rusher at DE. Will Smith should be gone after this year, and Werner could step in nicely
14 - TB: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Milliner takes a bit of a fall, and lands right in the laps of the Bucs. With Talib now gone, he should start right away alongside former teammate Mark Barron
15 - MIN: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Vikings take the best player on the board, and fill a major need. Jenkins is a monster at DT and would give them some much needed youth at the position
16 - PHI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Eagles take the best player available and fill a massive need at OT. Jason Peters should be back, but he may have to move to RT until his knee proves it can hold up
17 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys fill one of their biggest needs with a dominating player. Warmack will instantly upgrade their line, and give them another young lineman to build with
18 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions can't avoid their secondary issues any longer. Banks is an excellent CB and could easily step in as their #1 from the first day
19 - SD: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Chargers also go CB as their top 2 are slated to hit free agency after this season
20 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams need to protect Bradford in any way possible. Matthews can start at LT immediately, and Saffold and Barksdale can duke it out for the RT spot
21 - MIA: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Dolphins get a huge steal here, and land one of the top pass rushers in the draft. He and Cameron Wake should make for a good tandem
22 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Ravens get a very good MLB that can step in right away alongside, and eventually in the place of Ray Lewis
23 - SEA: Robert Woods, WR, USC
Seattle gets Wilson a real #1 receiver to compliment Rice, who is starting to decline a bit. This pick should greatly help their offensvie development
24 - SF: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The 49ers fill a major need with a solid player. Their safeties have been disappointing this year, and Reid should give them a young, talented player to build around
25 - PIT: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Steelers go for a beastly MLB that should line up next to Timmons for a long time
26 - DEN: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
DT is Denver's biggest need, and they have a good selection to choose from here. I think Williams will get the nod over Short, and really help this team out
27 - GB: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Finley has been terrible, and the Packers offense has struggled a bit because of it. With Greg Jennings and Finley likely gone after this year, the Packers may want to reload
28 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Cutler is on pace to be sacked 55+ times this year, which is absolutely unacceptable. Mike Tice will probably want to go get a new LT, as Webb has struggled
29 - NE: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Brandon Lloyd has been good, but can only do so much by himself. Williams would instantly give Brady a good target, and will still be around when Mallett takes the reins in a few years
30 - ATL: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Jordan has been flying up draft boards recently
31 - HOU: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Texans would like Terrance Williams, but with him off the board, they look at RT with Jones, who should isntantly be the 2nd best lineman, behind LT Duane Brown
32 - NYG: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Giants take the best player on the board, and replace Osi Umenyiora with an excellent pass rusher

Poor -- Raiders don't have a first round pick
Monday, November 5, 2012 8:53 AM
-- wrong. The Bengals would have received Oakland's 1st round pick only if they made the Conference Championship last year. Because they didn't, Cincy will get their 2nd round pick
