Weeden has progressed more this season then Mark Sanchez ever will so the Browns upgrade their d with an elite pass rusher.
2 - OAK: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
They want to gamble on Smith but they don't want to have the slightest chance at another Jamarcus Russell
3 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Best Player available makes an immediate impact pushing KC out of the Matt Cassell Era.
4 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
They take the best player available and fill holes later.
5 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Fills a HUGE hole at DT that can stop the run.
6 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Take a gamble on a potential franchise QB.
7 - IND: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Get a great CB to pair with Vontae Davis

Take someone so Vick doesn't get killed.

Need someone to protect Rivers.

Big Ben needs to stay healthy.

Champ Bailey is going to retire soon they need a #1 corner and Rhodes has the potential.

Someone to pair with Glover Quin.

A weapon that can stretch the field for Ponder. With Simpson and Woods on the outside and Harvin in the slot and Rudolph at the TE the Vikings give Ponder plenty of options.
29 - BAL: Nico Johnson, ILB, Alabama
Considered a reach now but Johnson will fly up draft boards during pro days and combine due to speed and play making ability.
30 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Someone Tony Gonzalez can help groom into a great TE.
31 - NYG: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Best Player Available Giants continue to use this strategy and it helps big time.
32 - NE: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Flying up draft boards due to pass rushing ability will be a great with Chandler Jones NE could move Hightower back to MLB to pair with spikes and move Ninkovich back to LOLB to make a great linebacker core.
