TRADE in Round 1; KC receives 1st overall pick from CLE; CLE receives 5th overall, 2013 2nd round, 2014 1st round, 2014 3rd round picks from KC

1 - TEN: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
(J Jones, OLB) The Titans immediately improve their defense with an incredible OLB and a very good, versatile DE
2 - CIN: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
(from OAK)(Te'o, MLB) The Bengals should look to move on from Taylor Mays. Vaccaro has good value here, and would be an isntant starter in Cincy
3 - NYJ: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
(Mingo, OLB) The Jets take another WR in the hopes that he and Stephen Hill can be go-to guys for Sanchez for the next few years
4 - CLE: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
**(from KC)(Hunter, WR) The Browns countinue to add to their offense with a beastly guard that will immediately help their o-line
5 - JAX: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
(Montgomery, DE) The Jaguars pick up a really good DT that should be used to phase out Tyson Alualu, who has been a massive disappointment
6 - CAR: Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State
(Lotulelei, DT) The Panthers go get Newton a big, reliable WR. Steve Smith can't keep doing everything on his own
7 - TB: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
(Hankins, DT) The Bucs need another LB badly. Brown can play inside or outside, which would give the Bucs some personnel options
8 - MIA: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
(Allen, WR) The Dolphins take advantage of this pick by stealing Williams. The need all the help they can get, and Williams is a wrecking ball at DT
9 - BUF: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
(Wilson, QB) The Bills go get a really good #2 WR for their new QB. Stevie Smith, Patterson and TJ Graham should be a nice trio for Wilson
10 - WAS: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Redskins get a really good RT that thay can plug in immediately
11 - SEA: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
(Matthews, RT) The Seahawks get a solid DT that should see some early playing time as they continue to build up this defense
12 - DET: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
(Milliner, CB) The Lions take the best player on the board, and add a really good OLB to their roster
14 - STL: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
(Joeckel, LT; Woods, WR) Scott Wells is more of a filler than anything. The Rams continue to fortify their offensive line, and these 3 picks should give Bradford a little more confidence and time
15 - ARI: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
(Manuel, QB) The Cardinals add a nice outside pass rusher to pair with Sam Acho
16 - CIN: Le'Veon Bell, RB, Michigan State
The Bengals add a workhorse back to take some pressure off of Dalton and AJ Green. BJGE has been good, but he has a lot of mileage, and is starting to fumble the ball
17 - DAL: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
(Warmack, OG) The Cowboys take a flyer on a developmental QB with tremendous upside. Romo can't play forever, and Orton will be an excellent mentor for the young QB
18 - GB: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
(Banks, CB) The Packers can't resist the temptation, and pick an electric playmaker. Austin's size may worry some, but his speed and playmaking ability can't be disregarded, and should fill a similar role as the Eagles' DeSean Jackson
19 - PIT: Margus Hunt, DE, Southern Methodist
(Werner, DE/OLB) The Steelers should look to move on from Ziggy Hood, and take a new 34DE that they can continue to build around
20 - DEN: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
(McDonald, FS) Willis McGahee can't keep running like this forever, and he will eventually run out of steam. I don't think Moreno will be around much longer, and Hillman isn't an every down back
21 - MIN: Aaron Dobson, WR, Marshall
(Amerson, CB/S) Ponder can't go on forever with only Harvin and Rudolph to throw the ball to. Dobson will be a very good #2 option for the young QB
22 - PHI: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
(Lewan, LT) DRC could likely be gone at the end of the season, which would leave a big hole in the Eagles' secondary. Boykin is a good slot guy, and Gilbert would be a good option across from Asomugha
23 - NYG: Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford
(B Jones, OL) The Giants take the best player on the board, and have a really good MLB that can replace Blackburn, who shouldn't be starting for anyone
24 - CHI: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
(Eifert, TE) The Bears should pick up a player that can challenge J'Marcus Webb for the LT spot. Thomas is a really good run blocker, and solid pass protector
25 - SD: Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky
(Lemonier,OLB) Luis Vasquez has been subpar at best, and could stand to be upgraded. Warford is an absolute mauler that should find an early home with the 1st team offense
26 - NE: Nickell Robey, CB, USC
(Jeffcoat, DE) Robey is a bit undersized, but the Patriots need CBs, and he would fit right in as a nickel CB
27 - BAL: Michael Mauti, ILB, Penn State
(T Williams, WR) The Ravens should love Mauti's athleticism and drive. He has been the heart of a devestated Penn State defense, and would be a fine replacement for Ray Lewis
28 - ATL: Cornellius Carradine, DE, Florida State
(Lattimore, HB) The Falcons need a pass rushing DE,and Carradine has been flying up draft boards
29 - SF: William Gholston, DE, Michigan State
(Rhodes, CB) Justin Smith is really good, but he is starting to get up there in age. Gholston has good size and strength to be an effective 34DE
30 - HOU: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
(Fluker, RT) JJ Watt might be the best 34DE in football, or at least tied with Justin Smith, but they need another one. Floyd would be a nice upgrade over Antonio Smith
31 - CLE: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Browns used their 2nd round pick on Josh Gordon in the 2012 Supplemental Draft
32 - NO: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Saints lost their 2nd round pick in 2012, 2013 as punishment for "Bounty Gate"
