Teams without a 2nd round pick

4. OAK - M Barkley, QB 11.IND - J Jenkins, NT

1 - TEN: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
(Mingo, DE) The Titans get a guard that can hopefully help open up some holes for Chris Johnson, who is more and more looking like he doesn't care
2 - CIN: Le'Veon Bell, RB, Michigan State
(from OAK)(Werner, DE) The Bengals pick up a nice HB that can split carriers with BJGE
3 - KC: Michael Buchanan, DE, Illinois
(Wilson, QB) The Chiefs get a good OLB that they can pair with Justin Houston, who is looking like an emerging star
4 - JAX: Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky
(Montgomery, DE) The Jaguars need a guard, and Warford is a really solid talent. This may be a bit early for him, but he'd fill a big need for them
5 - CAR: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
(Hunter, WR) The Panthers pick up a really talented DT that they can plug in on day one
6 - DET: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
(Jones, OLB) Rhodes somehow slips out of the 1st round and into the laps of Detroit who suddenly have a decent looking defense if they can add a big DE
7 - TB: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
(Hankins, DT) Trueblood is not a strong tackle, and should be replaced soon. Thomas can play either side, but is best at LT
8 - MIA: Shawn Williams, SS, Georgia
(Allen, WR) The Dolphins should use one of these two picks to take a safety
9 - MIA: William Gholston, DE, Michigan State
(from IND) Another defensive monster for the Dolphins who should start reloading both sides of the ball
10 - PIT: Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech
(Te'o, MLB) The Steelers have no successor for Big Ben, and he wont be around much long with the way he takes a beating. Thomas is a bit raw, but is a similar type of player that could become a star with a few years of watching Ben play
11 - NYJ: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
(Woods, WR) The Jets go back to the Pac-12 for an aggressive outside pass rusher
12 - DAL: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
(Warmack, OG) The Cowboys like their LT, but they need a new RT. Fluker is a big mauler and should help open up some holes for Demarco Murray
13 - BUF: Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State
(Manuel, QB) The Bills pick up a new QB, and a new WR. Wilson should help round off a nice WR corps with TJ Graham and Stevie Johnson
14 - STL: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
(Joeckel, OT; Jones, OG/C) Mosley would be a nice addition next to Lauranitus for the young, developing Rams defense
15 - WAS: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
London Fletcher can't play forever, and the Redskins will need a backup plan. Brown is a great kid with a nose for the ball
16 - GB: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
(Reid, S) Scott Wells will not be around forever. Holmes is a big physical kid that can play as a guard or a swing lineman until Wells retires
17 - SEA: Chase Thomas, OLB, Stanford
(Williams, WR) Adding Thomas would give the Seahawks 2 exceptional run defending OLBs that can drop into coverage
18 - NYG: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
(Amerson, DB) The Giants pick up a nice lineman that can play RT or LT and help keep Eli upright
19 - SD: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
(Lewan, LT) Banks probably won't drop this far, but if he does the Chargers will be cheering louder than anyone
20 - CIN: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
Werner and Short should combine nicely with Geno Atkins, Michael Johnson and Carlos Dunlap to give the Bengals one of the best, young d-lines
21 - MIN: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
(Milliner, CB) The Vikings need a DT and a rush DE to eventually succeed Jared Allen. Okafor would be a nice pick-up
22 - PHI: Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford
(McDonald, S) The Eagles get a big strongside LB that can balance nicely with Kendricks and Ryans
23 - CHI: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
(Matthews, LT) The Bears take a nice DT that can help to replenish their depth and add some youth to a rapidly aging defense
24 - ARI: Carrington Byndom, CB, Texas
(Bray, QB) The Cardinals continue adding pieces to their dominating defense. Byndom and Patterson should mesh nicely to with William Gay to give them 3 incredible coverage corners
25 - DEN: Terry Hawthorne, CB, Illinois
(Lattimore, HB) The Broncos also need a CB to eventually replace Champ Bailey or Tracy Porter who are both well on the wrong side of 30
26 - BAL: Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina
(Vaccaro, S) The Ravens pick up two defensive players, and establish successors for Ed Reed and Ray Lewis early in the draft
27 - NE: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma
(Jeffcoat, DE) Stills is a nice, reliable outside WR that the Patriots could use to draw attention away from the TEs, and fill in for Welker if he looks for greener pastures
28 - SF: Margus Hunt, DE, Southern Methodist
(Lemonier, OLB) The 49ers continue to stack up their defense with a good, powerful DE that can learn from Justin Smith and eventually replace him
29 - ATL: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
(Eifert, TE) The Falcons are about to lose Turner as he keeps looking older and older. Lacy is a do-it-all back that should find an early role on this offense
30 - HOU: Robert Lester, SS, Alabama
(Rogers, WR) The Texans take the best player on the board, and get a good run stopping defender
31 - CLE: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Browns forfeit this pick when they selected Josh Gordon of Baylor in the Supplemental Draft
32 - NO: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Saints lost this pick as part of the sanctions from Bounty Gate
