Pick order based on current record with Point Differential as the tie breaker

1 - CLE: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
If the Browns are this bad, Holmgren should be on his way out, which means Weeden will be expendable. If he hasn't shown anything, look for Cleveland to start again with a young QB that they can build around
2 - NO: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Saints have no defense, and their secondary is partly to blame. But this is too high for a CB or S, and they have a massive hole at DT
3 - TEN: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Titans need a pass rusher, and Mingo could be the best in this class
4 - OAK: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
It'd be hard for Oakland to pass on a California legend with this pick. They may be scared off by Wilson's injury history, and intrigued by Barkley's accuracy and leadership skills
6 - JAX: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Jaguars need a rush end to hold up their d-line, and Montgomery could be a beast in the making
7 - CAR: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Panthers should be looking hard at Hunter with this pick. He would be a great option as a #1 going forward, and a nice compliment to Steve Smith
8 - DET: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Lions could look at CBs here, but i think its too high for any of them. Jones should remind people of a better covering Von Miller, and would be nice in the Lions' nasty defense
9 - TB: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Bucs need a DT that can play next to Gerald McCoy. Hankins is a beast, and can draw multiple blockers away from the rest of their defensive front
10 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Dolphins need to find a real #1 WR for Tannehill. Allen has the skills and size to be a differance maker, and can grow with the young QB
11 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
A bit of a reach, but the Colts need a real NT, and Jenkins is the only one in this class worth taking
12 - PIT: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Steelers need to start replacing Harrison, and find someone that can fill Farrior's spot. Neither of them will be around for long, and the Steelers have no replacement plan
13 - NYJ: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Jets could go a few ways with this pick, but I think Woods makes the most sense, unless they go QB. He would be a real solid WR all over the field, and a good compliment to Hill's athleticism when he finally develops
14 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys need an interior lineman in the worst way, and Warmack is a beast. He would be an immediate starter at either guard spot for Dallas
15 - BUF: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State
The Bills go out on a limb and take Manuel in the 1st round. He has the skills and potential to be great in the NFL if brought along properly, and Chan Gailey loves athletic QBs
16 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams need a LT in the worst way, and Joeckel is the best in the class. He should plug right in and allow them to move Saffold to RT
17 - STL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
(from WAS) The Rams using both 1st rounders on o-linemen is hardly unimaginable. Jones can play any line spot, and can plug in immediately at LG across from Dahl
18 - GB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Packers need a CB and a safety. Reid is a good plug-and-play safety that can take Nick Collins' spot as a rookie
19 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Seahawks need a real WR on their roster, no offense to Sidney Rice. Williams would give Wilson a good target all over the field, and has breakaway speed to score whenever he has the ball
20 - NYG: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Giants love versatile defensive backs, and Amerson would fit nicely. He can provide real solid depth at CB and safety, and is already fairly polished
21 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Chargers pick up a good LT, and can move Gaither to RT
22 - CIN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Bengals take the best player on the board, and fill a need by picking up a strong pass rushing DE
23 - MIN: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Vikings would love Terrance Williams or Robert Woods, but will have to wait for round 2 for a receiver. Milliner fills another immediate need for them at CB
24 - PHI: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
The Eagles have a lot of needs, but safety is probably the biggest. McDonald and Nate Allen should be a good tandem for a long time
25 - CHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Matthews plays RT at TAMU only because Joeckel is at LT. He has the skill set to play either, and the Bears need that
26 - ARI: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
The Cardinals should absolutely take Bray if he is still on the board. Even if they make the playoffs, they should look for a real solution at QB, bc Kolb and Skelton are not it
27 - DEN: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
The Broncos get a bruising HB to pair with Ronnie Hillman going forward
28 - BAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Ravens pick up a player that they can plug in when Ed Reed retires. Until then, he'll be a great backup that can learn the trade from the game's best
29 - NE: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
The Patriots get another pass rusher to pair with Chandler Jones. Jeffcoat may not be a need, but he's a good, versatile player that should do well with the Patriots
30 - SF: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
The 49ers need to find someone that can pressure QBs opposite of Aldon Smith. Lemonier is a big athletic kid that should be just fine as a 3-4 OLB
31 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Falcons finally get a successor to Tony Gonzalez. Eifert will fit just fine with the Falcons high-octane passing attack
32 - HOU: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
The Texans should look for a #2 WR in the first two rounds. If they miss out here, they may not have a chance at the end of the 2nd round
