1 - TEN: Carrington Byndom, CB, Texas
(Mingo, DE) The best player on the board gives Tennessee another really good young CB to give them one of the better young secondaries in the NFL

2 - CIN: Le'Veon Bell, RB, Michigan State
(from OAK)(Jeffcoat, DE) BJGE has been good for the Bengals, but he has a lot of mileage, and wont be around forever. Bell would be a good player to have as a #2 back to start, and he has the skills to eventually be an every down back for them

3 - KC: Michael Buchanan, DE, Illinois
(Barkley, QB) KC goes out and gets an explosive outside pass rusher

4 - JAX: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State
(Hankins, DT) The Jaguars get some legitimate competition for Blaine Gabbert's job. This pick could make or break him, either of which is a good thing for the Jaguars

5 - CAR: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
(Hunter, WR) The Panthers could really use a big, disruptive DT, which Short definitely qualifies as

6 - DET: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
(Milliner, CB) The Lions could be looking for a new DE whether or not they get rid of Cliff Avril. Okafor has good value here, and should be a real nice addition for them

7 - TB: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
(Montgomery, DE) The Bucs need another CB, as was evident by the 500+ yds Eli put up on them

8 - MIA: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
(Allen, WR) The Dolphins have no safeties worth starting, and McDonald is a bit of a steal here

9 - MIA: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
(from IND) Miami uses the pick they got from Indy to take another safety, and really shore up the back end of their secondary

10 - PIT: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
(Werner, OLB) The Steelers can't expect Roethlisberger to play forever the way he plays. They'd do well to bring in a young QB that is going to need a year or two, but could develop into a top-level player based on skill

11 - NYJ: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
(Woods, WR) The Jets really need an outside pass rusher. Jordan is a bit of a reach here, but he is easily the best pass rusher on the board

12 - BUF: Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas
(Wilson, QB) The Bills took TJ Graham as their slot receiver of the future, but they need an outside guy that they can pair with Steve Johnson. Bringing in Wilson's top target would help ease his transition a little bit

13 - STL: Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State
(Joeckel, LT; Warmack, OG) The Rams solidify their offense wiht a big, physical possesion WR. He and Quick should make a good outside tandem, with Givens occupying the slot

14 - WAS: Oday Aboushi, OT, Virginia
The Redskins should look to free agency for another WR, but drafting a RT to protect RG3 better would be a smart move.

15 - GB: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
(Amerson, CB) The Packers saw what a good running back (Benson) can do for them. Adding Taylor would give them a dynamic back that can do it all for Rodgers

16 - SEA: Chase Thomas, OLB, Stanford
(Lewan, OT) Chase Thomas, KJ Wright and Bobby Wagner could become one of the best LB groups in the NFL in a year or two

17 - NYG: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
(Reid, S) The Giants pick up a real solid LT that they can plug in and move Beatty to RT

18 - DAL: Margus Hunt, DE, Southern Methodist
(Jones, OG/C) The Cowboys would love an outside pass rusher, but they also need a big DE that can be disruptive in the pass and run games

19 - SD: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(Jenkins, NT) The Chargers get a good player that can play LT or RT at the next level with a little experience

20 - CIN: Shawn Williams, SS, Georgia
The Bengals should give up on Taylor Mays and look for a new safety. Mays has shown some improvement, but should be trusted as an every down player

21 - MIN: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
(Banks, CB) The Vikings need a big DT, and Floyd would be perfect

22 - PHI: Terry Hawthorne, CB, Illinois
(Mosley, OLB) The Eagles could see DRC walk away after this year, and they dont want to use Boykin outside. Hawthorne would be a nice #2 CB

23 - CHI: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
(Fluker, OT) The Bears shouldnt be afraid to go back to back linemen in the 1st and 2nd round. They need to get Cutler some help, and it's now or never

24 - ARI: Aaron Murray, QB, Georgia
(Eifert, TE) The Cardinals should look for a boom-or-bust QB here if they have the option. Murray has been getting better every year, and if he comes out, he could be a savior for some team

25 - DEN: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
(Rhodes, CB) The Broncos get a good HB that can replace Moreno and McGahee to form a nice tandem with Ronnie Hillman

26 - BAL: Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina
(T Williams, WR) The Ravens need someone that can step in and replace Ray Lewis, who should be on his way out soon

28 - SF: Bacarri Rambo, FS, Georgia
(Lemonier, OLB) The 49ers take a bit of a flyer on a player that could be a stud in the NFL

29 - ATL: William Gholston, DE, Michigan State
(Lattimore, HB) The Falcons need a new DE in a bad way. Ray Edwards is a massive disappointment, and John Abraham could be cut without costing them too much

30 - HOU: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
(Rogers, WR) The Texans add a polished MLB that can replace Demeco Ryans who they really miss this year

31 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Browns forefit their 2nd round pick when they took Josh Gordon in the 2nd round of the Supplemental Draft

32 - NO: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Saints had this pick taken from them for the Bounty Gate scandal
