1 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
This is not a good spot to take a WR or TE, so they go safe and pick up a defensive beast that should be this draft's Von Miller. The Browns would love to move out of this spot to get some extra picks and start helping Weeden, who continues to look better each week

2 - NO: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Saints start to rebuild their defense with a dominating DT that should be their defensive centerpiece for a long time

3 - TEN: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Titans need a difference maker at DE, and Mingo has a huge ceiling. He should be the pass rusher that they've been desparately seeking

4 - OAK: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
This pick should be straight between Barkley and Smith. I think Smith has more upside, but also more risk. Al Davis would automatically go Smith, but i think it'll be a closer call that could look clearer as the season goes on

5 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Chiefs should take whoever the Raiders pass on. Barkley is a fine consolation prize, and should help them move away from the Cassel era

6 - JAX: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Jaguars whiffed on Tyson Alualu, and should part ways with him. Either way, Hankins would be an excellent addition to an already pretty good defense

7 - CAR: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Panthers need to help Cam Newtown as much as they need to fix their defense. I think they'd prefer Hankins or Lotulelei here, but Hunter is starting to draw AJ Green comparisons, and could be Newton's new #1 option

8 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Detroit has a lot of issues, none bigger than their secondary. In a division that features Greg Jennings/Jordy Nelson, Percy Harvin and Brandon Marshall/Alshon Jeffery, they need good corners. Bentley was a nice pick-up last draft, but they need a #1, and Milliner is a good start

9 - TB: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Bucs have seen Bowers go down for the season twice, and just lost Clayborn. They have little depth at DE, and Montgomery is the best player on the board

10 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Miami needs to hook Tannehill up with a real #1 WR. Hartline and Bess are solid #2 and #3 receivers, but neither of them have the talent level to be a true #1

11 - IND: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Colts start to rebuild their defense with a MLB that can be a leader for the next 10 years

12 - PIT: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Steelers pick up an excellent 34OLB prospect that can replace Harrison in the very near future

13 - NYJ: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Jets get Sanchez a real #1 receiver that can replace Holmes, who should be out. Woods would be a nice compliment to last years 2nd round pick, Hill, and slot receiver Kurley

15 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams could look to package these picks up to go get Hunter, but i think they'll stay put and pick up a real nice LT prospect

16 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
(from WAS) If they can't move up, they could look to trade this pick down and get another 2nd rounder or 2, if not, Warmack would be a good addition, giving them 2 good, young linemen to help keep Bradford upright

17 - GB: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Packers get a nice CB that could also play safety. Amerson has been slipping a little bit, but should still be a mid-1st round pick

18 - SEA: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Seahawks need a RT in the worst way, and Lewan is a good prospect. This pick would give them the option of mix-and-match'ing him and Okung at LT and RT

19 - NYG: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Giants love multi-safety sets, and Reid has good enough cover skills to occasionally play CB if they need him to. He would also be a really nice option if Phillips gets hurt any more

20 - DAL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys get a versatile interior lineman that can play either guard spot or center

21 - SD: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Chargers go out and get a really good NT that should fight for starting time as a rookie

22 - CIN: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
The Bengals like to take the best player on the board, and Jeffcoat fills a need for them at DE

23 - MIN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Vikings should look for a CB early in this draft to play as their #1. Banks has good size (6'1"), and is a ballhawk that can cover as well as anyone in this draft

24 - PHI: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Eagles get a 3rd LB to fill in next to Ryans and Kendricks. Mosley is a really good player with good speed and knows how to hit

25 - CHI: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
The Bears get a LT to replace Webb for the forseeable future

26 - ARI: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
I don't know that the Cardinals will trust Kolb or not after this season, even if they make the playoffs. If they elect to go a way other than QB, Eifert would be a good option as a big over-the-middle pass catcher for whoever their QB is

27 - DEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Broncos get a replacement for Champ Bailey or Tracy Porter when one or both of them retire

28 - BAL: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Ravens like Torrey Smith, but should part ways with Anquan Boldin who is just getting older. Williams is a bit raw, but should develop into a beast of a WR for Flacco and their high-power offense

29 - NE: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Patriots get a nice DT that can eventually replace Vince Wilfork

30 - SF: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
The 49ers get another rush LB to pair with Aldon Smith

31 - ATL: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
Michael Turner is getting old, and Rodgers isn't an every down back. Lattimore should be a good replacement for him, and a good power runner that can carry the load for Atlanta

32 - HOU: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
The Texans get an intriguing WR prospect that has the skills to develop into a #1 WR as soon as Andre Johnson retires
