Marcus Cooper, CB, Rutgers

Rutgers Scarlet Knights cornerback Marcus Cooper is a height-speed developmental prospect. Great measurables. Ran a 4.45 at his Pro Day. Excellent length. Limited experience. Could develop into a press-man cover corner. Lacks some technique and necessary on-field discipline in his fundamentals. Really quick feet, but too much wasted movement when changing directions. Active hands and looks to separate the ball from the man. Raw talent that will require time. Must contribute as a special teamer in order to stick. Could play multiple positions.
