UCLA Bruins punter Jeff Locke was highly decorated with awards and recognition through his collegiate career. Led the Pac-12 with 34 punts inside the 20-yard line and 21 punts inside the 10-yard line. Led nation with 68 touchbacks. Invited to Senior Bowl. Four-year starter. Excellent accuracy. Continued improvement each season. Averaged 44.23 yards per punt over career. Compact two-step release. Good distance and hang time on punts and kickoffs. Should challenge to be starting punter as a rookie.
