2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:
Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Williams is a prototypical athlete growing into becoming a true receiver. What that means is there is room for more precise routes, improved hands, and maintaining high effort on all his routes from kickoff to the final whistle. The 6'2", 205 lb. wideout has above-average speed and average size. He isn't a burner though and will only get better by becoming more crisp in his approach to the game.
Doesn't display great hands and sometimes allows the ball into his body. Stepped up in a big way after Robert Griffin III, Kendall Wright, and Josh Gordon moved onto the NFL. Williams will need to prove he is not just a product of his high-powered offense.
This fifth-year senior has many positives, whether it is making plays downfield or working the seams on his routes. Yet there are many small nuances to the game where he is lacking. Williams is a likely second to third round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.
