Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse

Syracuse quarterback Ryan Nassib has seen a big rise on draft boards recently, although after a shaky Senior Bowl, his hype may have come to an end.

Nassib struggled at the Senior Bowl practices, particularly with his accuracy when throwing intermediate and deep routes. Footwork was inconsistent and he looked generally out of sync. Short area passing game looked very good.

He does a good job of moving around the pocket and feels the rush relatively well. Average, yet sometimes surprising athleticism and can tuck and run when the pressure is too hot. Keeps his eyes upfield when flushed. Sometimes locks onto his primary read and needs to be able to work the entire field more consistently. Good intangibles and was the Orangemen's true leader as a senior. Short throwing motion when able to set his feet and deliver the ball.

Nassib's pro style offense experience makes him one of the few 2013 quarterback prospects who could feasibly come in and immediately challenge for a starting spot. Some project him as a first round pick, but he would be more accurately listed as a late-second to third round choice in the 2013 NFL Draft.

Prediction: 2nd Round

To the Bills. Too much of a reach for them in the first.

His arm stretches like goo when he is throwing.

Prediction: 2nd Round

He is not a first round Quarterback but he has goo mechanics, a strong, accurate arm, and intelligent. He will go in the second round.
