2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:

Khaled Holmes, C, USC

Southern Cal center Khaled Holmes is a likely mid-round prospect who has anchored his offensive line in each of the last two seasons. While lacking a ton of raw physical power, Holmes is an intelligent player who can continue to grow as an interior linemen.

Holmes was a team captain in 2012. He fits nicely in a zone-blocking scheme due to his reliable footwork and above-average lateral movements. Must continue to develop as a drive blocker and will struggle anchoring down one-on-one with defenders. Shows the occasional mauler attitude and needs to bring that intensity up in general. Technique as a run blocker will need coaching up. Lacks a strong power base.
