Florida State Seminoles kicker Dustin Hopkins is certainly worth a draft pick. The NCAA's FBS all-time leader in points scored by a kicker (459) finished his career with tons of school and national records. Surprising athleticism shown at the Combine with a 4.74 40-yard dash, 33.5 inch vertical and 116 inch broad jump. Kicked 137 touchbacks in his last three seasons. Consistent kicking motion. High trajectory. Good range. Comfortably made kicks upwards of 55 yards. Four-second hangtime on kickoffs.
