I'd say he didn't flourish as a runningback this season. On;y four games over 100 yards. He needs to be in a two back system getting 10-14 carries a game and catching passes out of the backfield. Returning kicks will be a strong part of his game at the next level. I don't see him as an elite back, but one that will produce in various ways.

hes gonna go to seattle because he would fit so well. they need a great back again and somebody to take the pressure off hassleback. he has so much speed its sick, and carrol knows how to take advantage of that(bush, mcnight). This would still be a great pick even if reggie goes to seattle because it would be a great 2 back system that NOBODY would be able to stop.

"he did not flourish when he had the opportunity to be the feature back this season"
Yeah, despite finishing in 6th place in Heisman voting.

I didn't say he was, but he's a gamebreaker. The Lions were horrible when they drafted him. But he was still the best ever. That's the only point I made buddy, you never know how a college back fits in a pro team.

C.J Spiller is NOT Barry Sanders!!

I don't agree with he will be good depending who drafts him. Just look at Barry Sanders. Enough said.

Think more reggie bush & leon washington and less chris johnson. needs to be in a two back system. he did not flourish when he had the opportunity to be the feature back this season. very athletic and can help teams if used correctly. seattle could be a landing spot.

Spiller is a home run threat and despite scouting reports saying otherwise he has ability to run inside and will be a full time rock toter in the NFL. The way the board stands now, Seattle is taking him at 7 where he will challenge AP and CJ to rushing titles.
