Comments: NASCAR Picks for Infineon

More so than other tracks on the schedule, this weekend's trip to Infineon Raceway requires a lot of work on the part of fantasy owners. A select group of drivers has run consistently well at the technically demanding road course, and not all off the drivers in the group are big names. Fantasy owners can't be afraid to trust the numbers and be a bit unconventional with their lineups this weekend.

Of course, a trip to a road course also means the return of the road ringers. They only show up in the Cup Series twice a year, but thanks to their background and experience with road racing, the road ringers are frequently a factor. Granted, a true road ringer has never won a Cup race, but they have grabbed their fair share of top-10s. In fantasy leagues, a top-10 finish from an unexpected source is huge. Fantasy owners looking for sleeper picks will have plenty of options to choose from this weekend.
