1. Adam Scott [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #2

Even though Scott is making his first start since 2010 on the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook Resort for this week's Tampa Bay Championship, he's played very well in the two stroke play events in which he's competed in this season. Last week at Doral, the Australian native rocketed up the leaderboard with a tournament-best round of 8-under 64 on Sunday to finish tied for third place.

2. Sergio Garcia [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #7

Garcia has been stout all year worldwide, starting with a T2 in Qatar and a T17 in Dubai. He then shifted over stateside to finish T13 at Riviera, lost in the second round of match play to eventual winner Matt Kuchar, and is now coming off a T3 at Doral. At Copperhead, Sergio has been equally consistent with T15 and T16 finishes the last two years.

3. Luke Donald [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #29

Donald is coming off a disappointing T43 finish at Doral, this after a T16 in his Tour opener at Riviera. Donald is defending his championship at Copperhead and owns a T6 from 2010, his only other trip to the site. While the momentum isn't there, Donald has done well each time he's played on this track and is facing a mediocre field.

4. Matt Kuchar [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #6

In his first trip to Copperhead since scoring a T12 back in 2009, Kuchar scored a T10 a year ago. His last two stroke play events have resulted in midpack finishes at Doral and Riviera. However, Kuchar did win the Match Play Championship in between.

5. Webb Simpson [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #27

Simpson has finished 26th or better in five of his six stroke play events and lost in the semifinals of match play. Simpson's game should continue to stabilize at Copperhead, where he's finished 13th or better in three straight years, highlighted by a runner-up performance in 2011.

6. Jim Furyk [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #21

Furyk has made all three of his cuts this season and has been very sharp over the last three years at Copperhead. After winning this event in 2010, Furyk finished T13 in 2011 and earned a share of second a year ago.

7. Jason Day [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #5

From 2008-11, Day missed two cuts at Copperhead and did not record a top-50 finish, but turned things around last year with T20. This season, Day owns two top-10s and two other results outside of the top 30, plus a podium finish in match play.

8. Robert Garrigus [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #101

From 2007-11, Garrigus missed the cut three times in four Copperhead starts. During last year's hot and cold season, he played well and sizzled on Sunday to finish with a share of second in this event. Garrigus has been more consistent in 2013, finishing 22nd or better in four straight stoke play events until a poor result last week.

9. Scott Piercy [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #81

In half a dozen stroke play starts this year, Piercy has registered four finishes of 25th or better. He struggled in his first two starts at Copperhead, but took 2011 off and finished T5 last year thanks to a Sunday-best round of 9-under 62.

10. Jason Dufner [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #16

After a sluggish start to the season, Dufner finally got things going with a T12 at Doral. The Duf Man has made four consecutive cuts at Copperhead, all results coming inside the top 30. A year ago, Dufner finished a career-best T10.

11. Nick Watney [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #49

Prior to last year's T51 at Copperhead, Watney finished inside the top-15 in three consecutive trips to the site, highlighted by a solo fourth in 2010. Over his last three stroke play events, Watney has finished outside of the top 40 each time while missing one cut.

12. Louis Oosthuizen [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #38

After missing the cut at the Honda Classic, Oosthuizen came back with a midpack finish last week at Doral. In his first career start at Copperhead, Oosthuizen finished T20 last year.
