13. Padraig Harrington [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #178

In addition to making his first trip to Scottsdale, Harrington is also making his first start of 2013. He ended last year as one of the most consistent players on Tour with eight finishes inside the top 20 in his final 10 starts.

14. Martin Kaymer [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #61

Dating back to last year, Kaymer has finished 11th or better in six of his last seven worldwide starts. He's only played Scottsdale once, a missed cut back in 2010. Kaymer wasn't particularly strong on Tour last year, but is a fixture on the international scene.

15. Josh Teater [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #186

After showing flashes late in the 2012 season, Teater opened this year with a T15 in the Sony Open. He would then miss the cut at the Humana Challenge before finishing a career-best T2 last week at Torrey Pines. Teater hasn't done much in three trips to Scottsdale, but has improved his finish each time.

16. Jimmy Walker [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #19

Walker is making his fourth consecutive start of the season, all finishes inside the top 30. Last week at Torrey Pine he placed inside the top five. Walker only managed one top-25 in four career starts at Scottsdale with two missed cuts.

17. J.B. Holmes [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #165

Holmes won the Phoenix Open in his 2006 debut and again in 2008, but missed the cut in 2007 and 2009. He's continued to be erratic at Scottsdale the last three years with a top-five and two finishes outside the top 40. The boom-or-bust Holmes missed the cut at Torrey Pines last week, his first start of 2013.

18. Pat Perez [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #103

Perez has made five straight cuts at Scottsdale and owns three consecutive finishes inside the top 25. Perez started the season with a T9 in the Sony Open and left Torrey Pines T21. He's making his fourth start of 2013.

19. Tim Clark [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #121

Clark is making his first ever trip to Scottsdale with highs and lows, finishing as the runner-up a few weeks ago in the Sony Open. However, he's coming off a missed cut at the Humana Challenge.

20. Jason Day [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #5

Day has not suited up for this event since missing the cut in 2010. He's coming off a T9 last week at Torrey Pines.

21. Phil Mickelson [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #8

Over the last three years, Mickelson has been unable to score a top-20 finish in Scottsdale. It's also off to a slow start to 2013. Lefty has finished T37 and T51 in his two appearances thus far.

22. Vijay Singh [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #155

Singh recently admitted to using a deer-antler spray, which contains a banned substance. While it remains to be seen if any fallout is forthcoming, he is safe for this start. Singh had to withdraw from this event last year after scoring a T3 at Scottsdale in 2011.

23. Robert Garrigus [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #101

Even though Garrigus has missed the cut each of the last two years at Scottsdale, he has played well in his two starts this season. He finished last year with a number of solid performances and has started 2013 with T16 and T6 finishes.

24. Mark Wilson [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #117

In addition to winning this event in 2011, Wilson has finished inside the top 20 in four of his five career starts at Scottsdale. Wilson opened the season with a T11 in the Hyundai Tournament of Champions, but has missed his last two cuts.
